    I never leave reviews in the App Store, but Planner 5D is truly awful for developing floor plans. Both the Mac OS app and the web platforms are glitchy and prone to freeze, even the paid subscription lacks basic functionality, and what you can to requires you to constantly jump through hoops and tinkers with things that waste time and are just uniquely infuriating. And if you ask the Bernard AI "assistant" for help, it will actively recommend troubleshooting steps that are literally not possible the way the app is designed. Yes, I mean it tells to solve my problem I need to click through panels that don’t exist anywhere in the app. Planner 5D took almost two days of work and lit it on fire. If you’re looking for a cost-effective means of designing simple floor plans, do yourself and go anywhere else.

    This app is absolute trash - the author is clearly hoping they can release something that looks kinda like a floorpan program, and enough people will forget to cancel their trial before the absolutely bonkers and not-worth-it $399 renewal kicks in. App Store catalog spam. The app is buggy, basic functions aren’t present or exposed like rotate. Delete is randomly available. Doors are weirdly cataloged and not labeled. You can’t actually delete a corner vector once you’ve placed it, and the measurement and placement mechanics are all over the place. And you can’t zoom in beyond a certain point so good luck if you have a wall or object less than a foot long. I fought with this thing for 20 minutes to design a basic room with a built in closet, a door, and a connecting hallway - and failed. How the author can be charging professional app prices for this amateur hour catalog spam is beyond me. Do not buy.

    Not worth it with bugs right now. Login issues on web and through app—"something is wrong" messages triggered by anything from login to uploading a file. Lets see how easy it is to cancel the tria!

    I've designed software in the past. Saw this simple-but-quick home planner and gave the free version a try. I liked how easy it was to learn how to operate, which is great, but when I upgraded to the $70 version level (there are higher levels as well), I found the $70 version to be buggy. The $70 version forces you to use the drop-down menu to change from 2d to 3d rather than with the "Quick" buttons. You are forced to do the same when switching from interior to exterior components. All-in-all, this software is a disappointment. Why penalize someone in the upgrade version by taking away features that used to work in the FREE version? I don't get it. I like its simplicity, but the $70 upgrade was NOT worth the price. This program can be so much better than it is....yeah, but they want me to pay $400 a year and higher to get the BUGs out of the version I paid for. A real Shame. They are NOT getting my renewed subscription. When this year is done, this program is toast. I'll gladly pay some other software company $400 a year for THEIR software, but NOT for this one.

    I was very excited about this app, even though it was expensive, I thought it could be helpful. I was sick & unable to use the app for the first 3 weeks. When I was finally able to use it, after spending 2 hours trying to get it to work, I found out that renders cannot be recreated! They refuse a refund or even a future credit. Do not purchase premium Planner 5d

  • User interface is not operational

    I had high hopes for this app, but nearly 70% of the selection keys were unresponsive. I thought it may be my computer, so I checked for updates and re-downloaded multiple times. It still may just be me my device (althought it meets all operating specs), but I'd suggest opting for the trial before paying to test out if it will work for you.

    This app tried to connect to over 2,000 different IP Addresses. My AntiVirus flagged this as suspicious and I had to Force Close the app before deleting it…wtf?
