    I have used this app and have been paying for a locked in number for several years. I’m using it for my primary number. I really was a pretty happy customer. ▪️ All of a sudden I got locked out, no notification, nothing, saying I violated one of their user policies. Which I know I haven’t because I only use it for my banking, and other official business. Locked out! ▪️All my information in the app is gone, not accessible. Seriously? I used my TEXTNOW number to get two factor authorizations, so now I’m also locked out of my banking, and other apps. ▪️Now that is showing some customer appreciation. Nobody is even interested in explaining anything. I was traveling and TEXTNOW just leaves you stranded, locked out, and does not respond to any messages. ▪️ Shame on you TEXTNOW.

    I can’t log in using the apple login. It gets stuck on the 2FA, even though I go through that.

    I’m an American living in Prague and looking for a Skype alternative. This is NOT it. App is unusable - maybe because I’m on a mobile phone outside the USA. Not sure, but either way, RUN away from this craptastic app.

    I purchased the Ad free subscription on my phone, and yet, this desktop version still shows ads, even when I log out and in again. I HATE ads. Not having any way to remove them is a dealbreaker.

    Whenever we go outside of US.Even for a temporary stay it keeps getting banned and banned so they should make sure to give atleast a month time
