    For an app trying to help with finances it’s frustrating how much it wants you to give it subscriptions. Only allowed to connect two accounts for free, but doesn’t even support Cashapp, which is personally how I get paid from one of my jobs, so between these issues more than half of my spending isn’t even being seen by the app.

    As someone who shares budgets with my partner, it would be nice to integrate someone else (preferably cross platform, they use Google pixels and I use iPhones) using the same payment. We have the same bank accounts.

    Budgeting part works fine but my god do they send all kinds of useless notifications that you can’t turn off unless you turn them all off.

    But I had to because this app absolutely blows. And when you don't want to use it, it takes forever to actually get rid of because they're clearly desperate to keep people. Be sure to cancel your subscription before you get rid of it also because if you don't and you delete your account, they'll still charge you.

    Ok I understand this but I literally have an American bank account. Just because you see my IP address as Thailand doesn’t mean I’m not American and have American account. Thailand won’t even let me open a bank account because I’m a foreigner and now I’m trying to track my wealth and you won’t even let me connect my AMERICAN BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE I HAPPEN TO NOT BE IN AMERICA RIGHT NOW??! Please update this issue and learn how to be inclusive…

    They strip away business account access without any communication, forcing you to upgrade and pay more for what it was working. I’m a paying customer for several years and I’m calling it done, deleting my account.

    I spent an hour with them on customer service trying to figure out why transactions wouldn’t show up when they previously had. They kept asking me what I might be doing wrong. Like was i filtering transactions incorrectly . Ultimately, they figured out. It was an update that they had made to the app which excluded business transactions from showing up in my history without telling me and the solution wants to pay them more money to get a more premium service. Not a great look, but what’s worse, is not communicating it, and continuing to gaslight me after I kept insisting that something had changed on their end
