    I signed up for the 3 day trial and they charged me instantly instead. I tried to get a refund and there is no help from the app and Apple is not helping either. Really disappointed because I can’t even use the app for what I needed

    I’ve used this app on Instagram for several years and was happy with its features. Since my move to TikTok, I found a number of issues with this app. While in TikTok mode, the app finds relevant hashtags to my query, but it does not deliver those hashtags when I copy and paste. There is no way to copy the hashtags unless I screenshot it manually type them into my notes. Also, the app does not include my saved hashtags in the query results. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I have emailed support over the years and never received a response. Hopefully this will get their attention and correct the issues that have Long plugged this app.

    I made a huge mistake by downloading this app. It seems as though you’re set up to sign up for a 3 day trial period since I couldn’t get past that screen to even see what the app had to offer. I used the app for maybe 15min or less on day 1 of the 3 day trial. And then forgot all about the app upon being notified of my mother’s unexpected death. Several days after the trial was over and no success attempting to extract $89.99 from any account that I have because I’m a homeless welfare recipient. But after a loved one blessed me with $100 to help with my mother’s burial - Hashtag Expert claimed $89.99 and Apple refuses to refund the money. Telling me I have no recourse. Who owns this app? Can I ask them, rather BEG for a refund? I don’t want a yearly subscription I cannot afford it. I’m sorry for even downloading the app. The mistake is costing me - I can’t afford food, shelter, nothing. Please refund $89.99

    I haven’t been able to link my Facebook in MONTHS! And I have already reached out to the support email and they just said they are “working on it.” It’s sad because I use to recommend this app to literally everyone who is wanting to grow their Instagram account, but I won’t be until they fix this problem.

    I signed up for the free trial using a card with no funds in case this was a shady app. Sure enough, the tried to charge the card.Now, as soon as I register a new card they will try to charge $97 from it. This is criminal. Avoid these people and this app at all costs

  • Freezes all the time!

    This app used to be good about two years ago, but now it freezes all the time. The hashtags are often useless, and the scheduling feature doesn’t work correctly. When you close and reopen the app, the scheduled post time changes. Given these issues and the price, I don’t think I’ll continue using this app. Honestly, for the price, you should hire proper developers.
