  • Where is the DELETE button

    After spending two hours shopping for various items I decided there were some items I wanted to remove from my car. To my surprise there was no DELETE button visible to the right of the product as there should’ve been on the app. I looked and looked and nothing. Had to log onto the computer just to remove items from my cart. Will not be using the app again.

  • Can’t cancel order

    It’s really crappy you’re not able to cancel your order. I requested a cancel within the 15 minute time frame and was still denied. I have to go through the entire refund process with the products and lose out on the shipping money.

    For such a good and popular company, this app is awful. I can’t even log in at all anymore. The app just pops up an OOPS error message. I expect so much more from BBW.

    Why would you allow customers to add gift cards to the app and not be able to use them in the app? You have to reenter your gift card info all over again if buying in the app. They need to look at Panera Bread app. They have it figured out the best.

  • Horrible Customer Service/Lost gift Card

    I added 2 gift card to my B&BW app. When I was ready to use them they weren’t there. I deleted access to the e-gift card because I thought they were now saved in my app. I then retrieved one of the gift card but the app won’t let me add it back. So I lost 2 gift cards and customer services are unavailable to help me. I would like some type of compensation.

    Got an email that my reward expires tomorrow, and I had been forgetting to use it, I remembered the date that it expired because it’s right before my bday… went to use the reward, and ITS GONE! Checked my history to see if maybe someone hacked my stuff to use it… nope… Bath & Body just saving a few bucks by making your reward disappear. Google shows that I’m not the only one this has happened to. I’ll be ordering all of my body care needs from other companies for now on…

    I’ve had this app for like 3 years now and it rarely ever works. For the first couple years I couldn’t shop on the app. I was only able to see my deals. After many updates it finally was fixed. For the past couple months the app has worked great! Until they decided to redesign the app. With the new redesign I haven’t been able to see any of my deals or rewards so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now I can’t do anything at all. It just pops up with an error page. Worst app for a brand I’ve ever had.
