Prior to the recent update, the app was great. Now I cannot apply my rewards when checking out in app - I have to use my web browser to redeem rewards. My used coupons don’t disappear, so I have no idea if I’ve used them or not. It is way more difficult to choose in-store pickup than it used to be. I am also not a fan of the overall layout of the app shopping experience. There are so many bugs and glitches with this new update.

For a few years I’ve been using the app with no issues. Was it the sexiest, sleekest app out there? No. But it worked and it was easy to navigate. Once the app was revamped, I have yet to be able to submit an order. I have tried 4 times in the past 6 months. Sales lost because of this.

That’s the error I get when trying to use it. I’ve never been able to login and view anything. smh I’ve deleted and downloaded over and still the same issues yet I receive a million promotional email.

This update makes it ridiculously hard to place buy online pick up in store orders. Its ‘find a store’ feature is not accurate at all. I will enter a zip code to the bath and body works I go to often, and it will recommend me locations that are more than 10 miles away. I go to the web version and do get accurate information from there. This is solely an in-app issue. This was never a problem before the update. This update also makes all the items on the app look bulky on the screen, and takes forever to scroll through things. The update was not necessary and makes placing orders difficult for no reason.

Hate apps that play media that overrides what I’m listening to. This autoplays several ads that restart even if you pause them. I guess they think they can demand you full attention.

The way the app drops older phones even though they are updated on iOS is really annoying

Numerous times the app does not recognize my saved login credentials. I get tired of frequently requesting a reset email. Not user friendly at all.

The previous iteration of the app wasn’t perfect, but whatever issues I had with it weren’t serious enough to warrant leaving a review or for me to even remember them off the top of my head. They would just be a minor inconvenience in the moment at worst and that was it. Overall the previous versions have been pretty nice overall. Oh ya! My biggest annoyance is the auto-brightening of my phone screen to max brightness whenever I select to view my rewards and then being surprise- blinded each time, especially since my eyes are light-sensitive. Please do away with that! If I need to brighten my screen more for the stores to scan my phone then I will do that myself. Now, the main issue - idk what happened with this newest update. But can we please change it back?? First off, it may seem like such a little thing but put the company name/logo back at the top. Second of all, there’s a lot of bugs and kinks that need worked out. I appreciate the attempt made to try to make it easier to sort my cart out between what’s available for pickup in store versus what can be shipped to be, but if it doesn’t work right then it’s kinda useless. I don’t like that I can no longer move stuff from my cart and add it to my love-it/faves list, I don’t like that I can’t scroll through items in grid view anymore to view more than 2 items at a time on my screen when browsing, especially when I have a large screen size to utilize. Also, when I try to sort by price: high to low(especially on wallflowers to see the cutest light up seasonal ones), that did not work correctly at all. Overall there’s just too much wrong with this new design of the app and it’s hideous looking too. Please undo it, there was minimal wrong with the previous design and overall it functioned much better. It was also just way more aesthetically pleasing too!!
