    No autofill options, extremely horrible when it comes to fill blanks, no apple pay option, necessities to open browser for everything (sign up, payment, etc.) and also sending unknown errors

    I just created an account on December 6th & received a reward for $10 of a $30 or more purchase that expires in 30 days. I reached out for help and was told my rewards expired on Nov 7th. I called the number for a live person and was given a code that is expired. Today is Dec 14th.
  • Not working nor user friendly

    Rewards apply button does not work in app. I tried to use it for a bottle of shampoo in the app and it does not apply. Meanwhile, the cashier scanned the barcode and it worked immediatel, so it’s not an issue of product type. It’s happening to me again today, can’t apply my free item rewards. Also it is extremely frustrating and annoying that in order to look up your order information, you have to type in the entire order number yourself instead of just being able to select it from a list of your past orders. This is very hard to do in the app, as there is no way to copy and paste order numbers. The emails you send only contain a hyperlinked order number, so you can’t copy and paste from email either. Please address these concerns.

    I guess you don’t want any of my money anymore because my phone won’t update to the better version so I guess I will delete my Bath and Body account from my phone and take my business elsewhere. What a joke

    This app is so not functional! The way to select delivery is misleading and out of order. And my offer/coupon does not apply no matter how many times I click. And scent notes are hidden behind clicks for a FRAGRANCE PRODUCT COMPANY. So many weird UX and errors. Makes BBW feel very untrustworthy.

    The app is sheisty and there’s honestly no reason for it to exist: - They only allow you to pay with up to two gift cards on the app, there is no limit in store. Why? What’s the reason for this? Money is money. - You can only use one coupon code per order. In store, you can stack coupons. - No app exclusives that I’ve seen and I’ve had the app for over two years. - The interface is basically the website interface, not a separate app one.

    Can’t update either of my devices any higher, which means I can no longer order. At 70 years old I don’t shop in person. Lost a very good customer.
  • Won’t let me select pickup

    Defaults to shipping every time. On web version I can select radio button for shipping or pickup but not in the app. It defaults to shipping and you can’t change it. Please fix this

    Can’t go back to the previous screen without scrolling all the way back up to the top. Hate the way it’s organized now. Forced to look at one product at a time. Long loading times. The stupid media they add to the home page overrides and interrupts whatever I’m playing on my phone. I can go on… But the most infuriating issue by far is that the REWARDS NEVER WORK anymore and won’t apply to my basket. It works on the website (most of the time 😏) but not on the app. VERY FRUSTRATING but has at least saved me lots of money because I no longer enjoy browsing and shopping with this app.
