    Played for a couple of years and spent a lot of money on extras then out of the blue….. just disappeared… I lost all my standings and couldn’t get them back. WORST EVER

    This used to be a lovely game. I don’t know who took over management or staffing, but it is now a complete scam. They will take your money and return nothing. You cannot progress without spending money anymore. There are repeated glitches with the games and rewards and customer service takes days if not months to reply, then lies about what they can and cannot do to fix the problem. Find another game. I’m telling you, it’s a shame what has happened to this once enjoyable game.

    I have enjoyed playing this game until lately. I just spent almost $60 on what I hoped would be a fair amount of star clues to finish the Albums portion of this game. Out of all the star packs only 2 had new badges. All the others were duplicates. I fell as though the game has become far to expensive for most people to play. It’s a shame that the developers have put such a high price tag on their player’s loyalty

    Fix this game. I don’t know if this game was sold but these latest changes are terrible. You can’t get any other deja cards but brown now. And that’s rare. I purchased a bundle with eight packs. Out of EIGHT pack and multiple cards, only got THREE scene cards! This is why my purchases have went down. Furthermore, you limit the time for other games without the game. Fix this mess!!!! Thank you

    I really like the game and have been playing for a while. I’ve been making some purchasing especially during the memoirs. I know there’s no guarantee of getting new memoirs you haven’t gotten. I realize this is a way to get you to make more purchases. However, I’m really starting to wonder if in game purchases are really worth it. My opinion is if players making purchases received more items they didn’t already have it would make them want to make more purchases. I love the game and will continue playing but will seriously be thinking prior to making more purchases.

    The core concept is fun for those who like finding Waldo, but there are way too many in-game ads and pop-ups and make the game less enjoyable. The developers has been adding lots of other mini games and features to provide varied game play, but there are way whole app feels bloated and slow. Actions feel sluggish in the game that I have to think twice even to launch the game.

    I’ve been playing this game for years. It’s nice that they update it but over time there are way too many ads. If you don’t watch the ads you have to wait at least a day and can’t complete challenges. They also only offer new decorations for real money. It is near impossible to win challenges unless you spend real money. I don’t play as much as I used to because of all the ads and wanting purchases with real money. It is too bad because I do like the game.

    This game gets greedier by the minute. I’m seriously looking for something else at this point and I have played this game for years before it was sold. Everything has gotten more expensive but you still have the same OLD scenes same OLD decorations and same OLD characters what are you using the money you make for?

    I had this years ago and became tired of buildings/upgrades/buying/isle hopping and pure boredom! I got it again because it showed different storylines. Nope - it’s the same story, most of us know by hard! If it didn’t have to do all the unnecessary stuff like collecting flowers and other stuff it’d be okay. Wait! Let not forget that as you progress it’s tougher to get what you need w/o a little bit of your hard earned money going into their pockets! When changes are made, like a real story change, I’ll be back! Maybe… DELETED P. D. Q.!
