    I only have one critique. One of the standout features is the Club Mysteries event, where players work together to uncover clues and earn rewards. However, one frustrating issue is the lack of clear reward tracking—after completing a sector, there’s no detailed breakdown of what you’ve earned. This can be confusing, especially when trying to keep track of League Points or other prizes. Adding a simple summary after each sector would make a huge difference in transparency and player satisfaction. I’ve never paid money for a game before, but I bought some gems in order to finish a sector. Once I completed it, I did not see any indication that I received the reward of a large sum of League Points which I really wanted for my team. I checked the total of my League Points as well as my team’s total and I did not notice an increase. I don’t think players should have to keep track of that, there should be a way to navigate your earnings especially if collaboration is key.

    I’d give this game zero stars if I could. I’ve emailed them so many times with no success of anything being fixed. Just being blamed for their failure to make the game fair play. It has been months and still getting grouped with unrealistic clubs that have to be using some kind of auto bot. Who wants to play a game that’s not fair play. Nothing is done about the cheating either. So if you like getting completely dominated in events this game is for you. If you want a game to compete against teams on your level then please do not play this game. It is not fair play and will not be fixed. Playing against clubs that are 1000s of levels above you and are not even close to anything you have ever scored on other events makes this game unenjoyable.

    I used to love this game. It was fun, engaging, and kept me coming back. But lately, it feels like everything is just about spending money. The focus has shifted from enjoyable gameplay to constant in ups purchases, which has really taken the joy out of it. On top of that, having to watch ads just to be able to play is frustrating and takes the fun out of the experience. I really hope the developers bring back the balance that made this game great in the first place. Thanks.

    Fun game! But even being on level 195, you just don’t earn much of anything. Most play for the rewards. Please be more generous. If you don’t buy their offers, the game gets very dull.

  • Doesn't save my progress

    I played for awhile, Mastered the first chapter, and went on to the second one. I went to the main screen and then back to the chapters. Now it shows only two stars for Chapter 1. This happened more than once. I find the inability of the app to save my progress rather discouraging. Deleted.

    Game often glitches and is arbitrary in awarding progress. The special rounds are next to impossible and will tell you to find objects that aren’t there. One round it will ask you to find something, and then it will never ask you to find that thing again, which means the object was never there. In Sweep the Board, it asks you to find things that aren’t there. Zooming in and moving the screen around does not make the word light up like it’s supposed to, which means the object isn’t there. There’s never a free hint when the game asks you to find a nonexistent object, further proof that the object was never there. It is a scheme to steal diamonds and money. I just had to spend 35 diamonds on Sweep the Board because it said “times up” even though I clicked the last object with one second remaining. I routinely have to click objects more than once to find them, which wastes time. Sometimes more than one type of item is given the same name. For example, sometimes a wooden arrow sticking up from the ground is called a signpost and sometimes it’s called an arrow. Sweep the Board used to be challenging but possible to win. After the feedback survey, it has been impossible. I doubt anyone said “Sweep the Board is too easy. I hate winning things. Please make it impossible so I can waste my time and diamonds.” The new daily puzzle game freezes all the time. It froze after I spent over 85 units of energy. It said “something went wrong” and forced me to reload the game. Tech support refused to reimburse me the energy that was lost due to the game’s glitch. I was trying to earn a 5-star pack by completing Help Wanted tasks. I needed to collect 1 Character Card to help achieve this. I opened around 15 star boxes and did not receive 1 Character Card, which is unusual. It just didn’t want to reward me for my efforts. This game has stolen countless diamonds and energy, it’s ridiculous. Luckily I never paid for anything in this game, and you shouldn’t pay either. I will never give money to cheaters. Wooga should give me money for playing this cheating game. I will get the same copy-pasted response and directive to contact tech support.

    They are just too dirty and I hope no more new members. Purchases are expensive and the prizes are cheap. They come up with false rewards only to trick you into buying more. If u haven’t started, don’t!!
