my account says it cant be identified is the system down?

I need to be able to see what managers I work with. Bring it back please

No matter what I put for the username it keeps saying username is not unique and I don’t know what to do or put cause literally no matter what I put it keeps saying username is not unique enough. Idk why y’all gotta make everything so complicated

You claim that this app has a widget but the widget is nowhere to be found. Where is it?

Love it but I wish every time I gave my review for my shift I could write about it kind of like what I am doing now. Just an idea

It’s Good But It Keep Calling Off Schedule By self It’s Need Update

Every time I attempt logging in on the app it says wrong credentials. This is beyond aggravating. I log in just fine on the internet. I wish I could just use the app though.

This app is used by businesses to keep and maintain scheduling and is lacking the proper Password system is abysmal… it’s 2025 you can process special characters like: ?, !, $, etc. and you choose not to. Are you trying to invite data leaks on purpose, like come on! The fact that this platform has such a poorly optimized password system drops its rating to 1/5 stars regardless of functionality or features within the app it’s self. Unfortunately I need the App for my current employment, but for any small business that is looking for a schedule management system look elsewhere cause yours and your employees information will not be protected much if at all. Devs please for the love of everything please FIX YOUR PASSWORD SYSTEM, I was able to brute force hack my own account within 19 hours with a 10 character password because I was only allowed Letters and Numbers!

I took my phone number off the app for a couple of reasons. My phone number doesn’t show under the staff list, however, it does show when I go to roster. It would be great if my phone number could be completely hidden from everyone or if only certain people could see my phone number. For example, only my supervisors could see my phone number :)

This app is so simple to use and I LOVE that it syncs with my apple calander. The one request I have is to be able to choose which calendar it syncs with (i.e. Home, Work, etc.). That’d be super duper helpful for me, but other than that this app functions great!
