The widgets are just blank under iOS 26.

I wanted to use this to display my steps on my watch. It only updates when you tap the icon.

According to this app I spent 10 minutes each on all of these things. I rolled ( in my wheel chair?) to the lake and went swimming and sailing… I’m assuming to a cooler climate ( in 10 min.) to somewhere I could do some snow sports. I paddled for 10 min…I guess I took a kayak home so I could go dancing with my friends. Then I did some golfing and many other things all on 13 minutes of sleep and burned 0 calories! Can’t figure out how to delete these activities from Apple Health. Either I did something wrong or this app is messed up.

I have been searching for an app to quickly log several key health metrics—without having to go into the health app, which I find clunky and time consuming. I also got tired of using the “Add Data” button on everything I wanted to manually track, and having to bookmark tons of health topics. Thank you VERY much to the developer for making this app. I hope it keeps going, and keeps getting updated, especially as new metrics get added to my phone and watch. Such a thoughtful app to make, and a life saver for me!!
  • Not for me

Wanted a simple app to track calories and carbs on my watch face. Bought this. It’s so dumbed down I can’t figure out how it works. I’ve used complications for years but this one doesn’t seem to do anything. And in a bizarre twist, in the nutrition section, it seems like you can track anything EXCEPT calories. This app is a quick delete for me. We have completely different ideas around basic UI and functionality
  • Paid for Poor Performance

I paid for this app and turns out, the complications don’t show real time updates. I have the settings selected to show the latest totals, but I have to click on the complication and open the app’s dashboard to see true, realtime latest numbers (steps, heart rate, exercise minutes, all of it). I wouldn’t have paid for this app had I known that, because I already had to originally open the complications to see those details, without this app. The reason I purchased this app was to circumvent that step. So basically I paid for nothing? The developer needs to update the app so that it syncs with apple’s latest OS version otherwise it’s just antiquated and not worth the money.

Apple Health is a great addition to iOS, but it’s clumsy to use for anything more than steps, sleep, etc. For those of us who need to easily input other data like headaches or other symptoms HealthFace is a godsend.
  • Widgets look good…

Used to work perfect. Apparently doesn’t work with watchOS 10, which is a shame. I love the widgets and simplicity, but I can’t recommend this app until it’s fixed. I am pretty conflicted though. The widgets are still incredibly responsive and I get value out of having them on my home screen. May just learn to live without the complications, but it is pretty frustrating to have paid for an app that appears to be out of development now.
