Brutal Age: Horde Invasion

Game used to be a lot of fun a few years ago. Partner stuff is still fun but to even remotely compete, you have to dump serious money into it. Save yourself the headache

Was good game in beginning however, it has become a spending game really. So don’t drop money into the game.. it will eventually go down just like spartan wars!

The game is creating new accounts and making is powerful to make players compete unfair + its lags same problem every week and they don’t fix it + their ranking match makes me laugh weak partners can beat your powerful partners with his last partner alive 5 vs 1 still he defeat you so i rate this game as a very very bad game

Spent around 7k on an account linked to Facebook. Went inactive for awhile and came back to my account gone. Rip.

There is no customer service in this game no matter what you try in their system you go in you make the report and two minutes later it tells you you haven’t responded for a long time and so they’re closing the window they never answer they don’t address your problems they just receive your message and then the system automatically tells you you haven’t responded so they’re closing the window. I have never in my life encountered a more ridiculous or useless system for customer service on this platform there is no other game that does this at the very least you get generic answers but not in Brutal Age oh no they just ignore you completely so you’re trying to report people cheating in the game and nothing because the system doesn’t recognize any report you say some thing two minutes later you get a reply that you haven’t responded in a long time even though only two minutes of past and the system never answered you. Then you come here and you write a review and the developers respond to you and tell you oh yes there is customer support in the game but there is no customer support and I wish the people who answer on the App Store would give us a way to contact them if they’re so certain of what they’re saying because I can provide screenshots to go with this review to prove everything I’m saying is true the developers lie on the App Store so if you’re down loading this game just be very aware there is no customer support available it’s a waste of your time and money

The customer service is a joke. I am getting automated messages. I spend no money on the. I wanted to upgrade my Flamen to level 2 they didn’t, and now I’m trying to contact customer support. But proper customer support is not existing. All I get is the automated response that doesn’t get me anywhere.I will never spend a penny on this terrible game.

Chinese people spend too much money on game and are bullies.

This game is rigged stay away you will never get what you need no matter how much you spend unless you live in china your screwed. They also allow Chinese players to buy packs way cheaper and their fore can grow faster. The matches are predetermined they call it random but its designed to force you to lose so you will spend more. If apple and google had a soul they would ban this game and refund everyone who spent

THIS GAME IS UNFAIR TO THOSE WHO WANTS TO PLAY FAIRLY. THEY GIVE TOO MUCH CONSIDERATION TO CHINESE PLAYERS AND THEY ARE ANGRY TO ALL FOREIGNERS. WHY THIS GAME IS ALLOWED TO PLAY IN USA. THIS GAME MUST BE BANNED HERE.

I have played this game for almost seven years. At first it was very fun but very quickly it became very hard to play. If you don’t spend the money to play you will never succeed for a few reasons. The number one reason is they have a VIP section that allows players to buy packs lower than 10% of the actual value. So if a pack is usually $99.99 they get it for $9.99 or lower. We get clan points so we can see what packs are bought and some people buy ‘the $99.99 packs’ sometimes 10 times a night. Even if I had billions of dollars I wouldn’t spend that kind of money on this game. They also have special treatments for the big money players. They often swap characters for others if they don’t like what they get. The drop rate for five star characters is .05% and there are three colors you can get. So say if your characters are primarily blue and you get a red player if you spend the money the will swap them. Not so much at all if your not a pay to play person. I am very fortunate that I’m in a great clan that has some of the top players in the game. Many players have left other clans to come to my clan. And many of them had to pay a ‘tax’ to their old clans. Many millions of resources a day or they would attack the bases and wipe out armies that could literally take years to build. A definite example of cyber bullying to say the least. You can report them but yea good luck with that. One time we had a merger and this one player was a absolute awesome player. He was one person but not one person in the clan could defeat him. We constantly sent rallies against his base and wipe his whole army. next day he would somehow’ rebuild everything in literally 10 minutes and destroy everything. If you was to rebuild on your own it would cost literally hundreds of dollars in packs even at the discounted rate. The absolute insane amounts of upgrades and things you can get makes it near impossible (if not impossible) for a new player to get or make up for. They literally add stuff every week. It’s insane. I will say you can get all the items for free but you will absolutely %100 not progress in the game. Absolutely not. They not to long introduced a new research option that allows you to progress way further but the upgrades start at a hundred per upgrade and if you play consistently your lucky to get maybe 5 a week free. There are three a section for the classes you can have to upgrade. So that’s 300 and would take a minimum of 60 days. I definitely would not recommend this app especially for a new player. It is fun if you like these kind of games but if you don’t pay to play you will not win.
