    I normally only write reviews if I hate the app but this one has surprised me with how good it is. They make everything so easy and features you think would be great but doubt they support they somehow had time to implement. Im normally extremely picky but this app leaves me very impressed.

    It’s a learning process, but worth. Cronometer is fun to use and gives me invaluable info about my diet allowing me to make critical adjustments… including extremely valuable experimentation to discover what’s best for me. Highly recommend.

    Absolutely love everything about the app but hoping the food search feature gets better. Starbucks is a super common/well known chain yet half the menu seems to be missing - LoseIt is a great example of a truly robust search function.

    I really like how this feels very objective and not focused on WEIGHT LOSS. It doesn’t feel like anything really has a positive or negative connotation and that’s what I was looking for. It is a little difficult to set serving sizes tho. Sometimes math is involved lol

    I used to use the Livestrong MyPlate app but it was discontinued. This is a worthy replacement and it's better than the popular product MyFitnessPal.

    I love that I can enter in my own ingredients and save it as “smoothie” or “Mushroom casserole” for things I eat all the time! Also it has all the brands even rare brands like gluten free brands of bread!

    Fixes a LOT of the issues many people have with MFP (such as being laggy, making barcode scanning premium, etc.), but there are some very minor personal gripes I have. They may just be because I used MFP for ~4 years and am used to that UI, but still. I find Cronometer’s calorie/macro goal setting to be confusing in comparison to MFP; just let me set calories and macro percentages! That’s all I want. I also find the way Cronometer does meals/recipes unintuitive, and it’s confusing that it asks me if I want to save/update the meal or recipe every single time I use it. No, I don’t, and if I wanted to I’d go out of my way to do so. Ultimately the good far outweigh the bad, and I am very appreciative there is a team out there willing to put in the immense effort required to create and maintain an app like this. Thanks yall!

    The app is great when it works. It does everything I want, but multiple times in the last few weeks it just completely locks me out for a few hours.
