    First off: there a commercial throughout the game as you’re playing it, you can’t even play complete game without commercial jumping in! I played many casino games in my lifetime and this is the worst one I’ve ever seen!

    On certain games you don’t get the jackpot. It kicks you out and doesn’t pay. I spoke to many in game that it happens to them and no support will help. They ask for info, I give it and still nothing. I love the game but this is making me stop.

    I’ve contacted support on occasions when I’ve won a minor jackpot but the game restarts and doesn’t award the win. I get the auto response but they never actually respond to the ticket and I never get the reward that the game didn’t give. It’s a game, I get it, but isn’t it supposed to be fun? Also, they should change the name of the game because I’ve yet to see anyone win a jackpot outside of “Jackpot Fiesta”. During “Jackpot Fiesta” the other players in the room don’t get the jackpot like this game advertises.

    No matter what I did I couldn’t win and while max betting $100k most I won was ……..8k and I could not get to lvl 3 because you need big wins to share golden tickets to lvl up. This game will fade away soon.

    If you enjoy doing nothing but losing then this is the game for you. It is not fun. Never getting any hits at all or bonuses. It takes the fun out of playing slot machines. It’s a shame because they do have good games.
