  • You don’t get the minor jackpots

    I’ve contacted support on occasions when I’ve won a minor jackpot but the game restarts and doesn’t award the win. I get the auto response but they never actually respond to the ticket and I never get the reward that the game didn’t give. It’s a game, I get it, but isn’t it supposed to be fun? Also, they should change the name of the game because I’ve yet to see anyone win a jackpot outside of “Jackpot Fiesta”. During “Jackpot Fiesta” the other players in the room don’t get the jackpot like this game advertises.

    No matter what I did I couldn’t win and while max betting $100k most I won was ……..8k and I could not get to lvl 3 because you need big wins to share golden tickets to lvl up. This game will fade away soon.

    T5 is more fair than Double Down or Double U Casinos. Been player of these for 10+ yrs. DDown I’ve since deleted and I’m close to deleting DUC. Thanks T5 for being considerate towards patrons.

    If you enjoy doing nothing but losing then this is the game for you. It is not fun. Never getting any hits at all or bonuses. It takes the fun out of playing slot machines. It’s a shame because they do have good games.

    Game used to fun, now it is just boring anymore. Free coins are so small. Barely 1 hit in the game anymore and free spins at 4k, might hit 80k in free coins. Not worth time or money for your companies games anymore. DUC is the same thing, and BBB thinks your company is a scam product to take American money.
