    Trust me this has to be the worst camera security app ever created ! I don’t know how they still open to the public but do me a favor and return the camera and get something better with a better app. I promise it stays disconnected more than connected, don’t trust this app not one bit

    This app does not work as it should. It takes multiple attemots for the correct date to load then i have to remember to select an hour earlier than the time i need to make sure it comes up. If this video is ever needed for legal issues, i doubt it will be usable in court.

  • Playback does not work correctly

    If you attempt to playback something that happened less than an hour ago, it will not work, and will it shows an error saying it already played. If you playback something from more than an hour ago, the Ui will show the time as an hour ahead of what it actually plays in the recording.

  • Issue with app and can’t find support

    Added camera in Esee app and works fine. Tried using IP-Pro and camera is there but won’t load. Error says password is wrong but does not provide a way to fix it. Tried locating app support but just keeps looping back to App Store.

    Please correct the playback for USA due to daylight savings!! The APP does not adjust the clock for playback.

    I’m not sure how this is still listed in the app store at this point. The app doesn’t work. The security system is full of vulnerabilities. I would venture to guess that the app and security system was a security exploit into people’s households.
