    Envoy I need answers. Before the merge I was VISCOUNT after the merge I’m back BARON. Before the merge I had 6 sub cities after the merge I have 5 sub cities. I’ve taken the proper steps to get this resolved you guys have been un cooperative and this is unacceptable customer service. The message before the merge clearly states that all sub cities and scores would remain the same. I see I’m not the only one complaining about this. I clearly earned/paid my fare share in this game to not just have it snatched away. I’ve reached out in the app to only get one message then closing conversation. Then I reached out via email which I received the same response in app then I attached photos and gave statement of incident no response. After that I left a review which I tried to avoid to only learn that more people are experiencing the same issue. What’s the point if merging and updating the app when what comes along with it cause more issues then resolved?

    I have been playing this game for about three years. The game is quite fun with some in depth strategy to how to grow and win. However, it still comes down to who ever pays more wins the game. If you’re not a coiner then there is virtually no tech support. Early on I had a conflict with purchasing a resource package. I selected one and it gave me a different one. The response from tech support was “you got what you paid for.” More recently had a processing glitch and lost around three months of resources. Response from tech support was nothing, got ghosted after they asked for info which was provided in the original request, including screen shots. In summary, good game, greedy company, and no tech support unless you are a big spender.

    I enjoy the play aspects of the game but the developers have monetized it so much that unless you spend serious coin to speed up things like ‘construction’ or ‘research’ you are forever waiting for the upgrades to their buildings. Super annoying. I haven’t really played for 5-6 days now waiting for various building upgrades to complete. Very frustrating.

    You will regret every dollar you give to Evony. To say they have no integrity would be giving them too much credit - Evony product managers go well beyond maximizing profits - they blatantly work to screw over their players. Be warned - these are bad people.
