    These only positive reviews are a lie, probably bot postings. Apple and Google are in on it too. They take your money, ban your accounts. Make you endlessly work with CS who does nothing effective. The game lags. There is a lot of clicking. You work hard only to lose everything because of system errors. Or someone in the game reports your account to retaliate against you. Just an unhealthy game. Stay away.

    Game is fun- when it works. Battlefield and server war are seldom a glitch free experience. The challenge is to avoid damage that will cost real money to repair. They just added a new layer of A.I. delay to ticket reporting. Instead of one auto response before getting a live response, you get 2 AI replies. The first thanks you for contacting support. The next will ask for the details you already provided. And proof of whatever you report. The usual live response will occur about 5-7 days after first attempt. Subsequent responses are generally 2 or so days for each round of Q&A. If your issue is about not getting something you paid for- I hope you have photos. And even so, the usual response is to close your ticket and make you start explaining again in a new ticket. This is a war game. Nothing is fair. The rules and math on results will not be provided. Do not expect support to reread your original report. Responses are generally based on the previous contacts response- not yours. And I’m convinced they use a translation app to read issues. They don’t seem able to figure out photo wording. As long as you are aware that when you spend money, it could be lost without explanation, you will enjoy the game.

  • Bait & Switch Scam! Not the same game in the pictures.

    The app’s images, descriptions, and ads create the illusion of an exciting battle experience, but as soon as you download it, it’s a completely different game!!! The gameplay is nothing like what was advertised. It’s unclear whether this is a mistake or a deliberate attempt to mislead users, but either way, it’s deceptive. Don’t waste your time.

  • Never even tries to resolve issues unless you spend thousands of dollars a day.

    Don't even bother spending any money on this game. There's so many flaws and glitches it's not worth wasting your money. It's a decent game if you can get in a good alliance and learn but I wouldn't spend any more money since they don't even try and help you. They only help the people who spend thousands of dollars a day. Good luck and don't waste your money or time.

    The game used to be the best of its kind. I never thought Id spend money on entertainment like this game. However, even after spending money on the game for the last 10 years it made no difference. The power creep is way out of control and players who join a new server get everything handed to them. Servers that are 1 year old are dominating servers that are 10 years old and it’s ruining the game. No loyalty is shown to their oldest and most supportive customers. Their accounts are simply outdated even though they spent twice as much as the new players.
