  • Lack of loyalty to customers and unfair value calculations.

    I have been a loyal customer to this app for over a year spending $100s in in-app purchases and upgrades. A few days ago I was double charged $19.99 for a purchase and Apple processed a return / credit of 1 of the purchase prices. The game then deducted what was nearly ~12k diamonds for the refund stating that was the value of what was refunded to me for the double charge. I was then unable to play as I had a negative balance of diamonds in my account. The game communicated I had to buy back the diamonds to be able to play. To return to my previous balance it would cost me nearly $400 in their store which I will not do. All this just to correct a $19.99 double charge. It doesn’t seem right so I am deleting the app and no long supporting this developer. All this has been documents over 3 days with their customer support team Current and future players beware.

    This game is a total rip-off scam, several problems dont even know where to begin !!! You will purchase an item in store ,pay $15 and not receive the item , get refund ! Then the game will say you are negative on diamonds and will not allow you to play until you purchase items to make up for the negative diamonds even though its not your fault but the games fault total rip-off scam!!!!

    Nothing fun about running into opponents with evenly matched tanks that can wipe out the entire deck of tanks 25 times before you can fire. I want a refund.

    First of all I’d like to say I’ve been playing this game for over a year. And I would have to agree that the game is expensive. I do think the developers are greedy. It is true that if you want to be competitive you have to pay real money out of your own pocket. It’s not enough to go just premium. You generally only get to play four games before you have to fill up your tanks fuel, watching the same video over and over again to fill your gas one slot a video. Or wait a whole hour before you can play and have your tank completely full. There is a way to get unlimited energy but that cost too. They finally offered Battle packs that allow you to open them but it takes so long for them to fill you might get 12 hour energy or 24 hour energy but it’s a trick because it’s the same crate just with one more item minute which is 24 hour energy or 12 hour energy.
