    This company lies about its policy. Its website says that its service is totally free and that it doesn't require any registration at all. Instead, I downloaded it and tried to use it and it required me to pay before I could use it. That dialogue box said that it was free for the first seven days and even that is a lie because the payment went through right away. Total scam. I can't believe Apple has this app on their app store.

    I've just subscribed to this app to try a 7-day trial to see if it works in my country due to a govermental restriction for some VPN. It didnt give me a trial, it subscribed me directry for a whole year and charged me $78. It so sneaky. Not only it's much more expensive that other VPN services but also very tricky to chrge my account without me trying it first. I tried to connect to a customer service. They asked my email but I havent received any letters. I demand a refund!

    i was so happy when it connected in china but it stopped working after i used it for a while. i tried restarting my mac, deleting it and redownloading it, trying other locations etc. it doesn't work properly and i've honestly lost hope in it. i hope it fixes this problem. another problem i struggled with is that it doesn't connect to certain sites, it says it cannot browse. i thought it was my wifi or the location i put it in but no. it's also quite slow and doesn't work that well. im sorry but this is quite disappointing. i relied on this vpn for a VERY long time and now it doesn't even wotk. a positive part is that it doesn't cost money, but so do other vpns.

    It is one of the true FREE few vpn that lets you use it free of all cost, but there's a few problem that I have to point out. First, DO NOT USE IT IN A BAD INTERNET CONDITION, cuz my room is a bit far from my wifi, so the internet is not that good, and it's having a very hard time trying to connect. Second, it does kind of glitch off after you use it for a while. For example, when I was working on google doc, and i was using my hotspot for internet, the doc sometimes stops responding and was saying "trying to connect", I am pretty sure it's not my hotspot's cuz I don't have a problem with it when not using vpn. But overall, I do recommend this vpn compared to other free vpn. And I hope the developer can fix this connection issue that has been bothering me for about 3 month, as I have used it for over a year now.

    When I start using this VPN I didn't really have many problems. It was working fine up until i decided to purchase the monthly plans. After purchasing everything went downhill. The app kept bugging and I couldn't even connect to the vpn unless I restart my entire laptop.

    I personally believe that Betternet is amazing, considering that it is free. In my opinion, the highlight of this VPN is that you can use it in china, which many VPNs have failed to do so. However, it does have flaws. Some servers are really slow, and most are inconsistent, especially optimal. For me, Covetry worked the best, but having to dig through the VPN and finding a good server for me was a pain.
