    I’ve had it for a year. The only time it worked properly was the first few times when I got the app. As time passes, it seems there’s a new problem that goes on top of the old ones. It doesn’t track the bus which is the whole purpose of the app. At the moment, the most recent problem is that it’s frozen in one spot and won’t move(it has been like this for 2 weeks now). I would save yourself the effort and time.

    As others have mentioned, every time I open the app all routes have been reset to a (primary?) route that I never use, and then I have to go back and reselect the routes I need. It doesn’t even matter if I just select all routes as an attempted prevention measure, the next time I open the app it will all be reset to that one primary route I never use.

    This bus app is pathetic!! I can’t believe Dutchess County Loop uses this bus app!! You need to have a schedule for a whole week for people to make plans to travel

    - NEVER loads, have to close out and reopen the app multiple times to get routes to load -constantly deselecting routes on its -glitchu all the way around
