The unit constantly disconnects from wifi. Out of 26 WiFi connections on my router this is the only one that has problems.
  • Keeps losing WiFi

I like my Weather Station and for the most part, I like the app, but it keeps losing WiFi connection. I have great WiFi in my home and I had a previous LaCrosse weather station for years without this issue. In fact I wouldn’t have replaced it except the crows ate the cups on my wind speed “spinner”. This app loses connection with my station every few months and the procedure doesn’t work to reconnect. I called LaCrosse and they told me to take the coin cell out of the station for 30 minutes, reinstall it then follow the start up procedure. That works, but that gets tiresome every couple of months. This shouldn’t occur.

Don’t put the app on your iPhone AND your iPad, it screws things up! I found that after messing with it for 3 days. Now it’s working great!

Very quick and easy set up. Easier than previous stations.

This app is junk and never gives you the extended forecast. It works once in a blue moon. It’s a waste of time don’t ever pay for this garbage and as far as the product itself used to work and now it doesn’t, there’s no excuse for it.

The temperature device is way off kilter. It showed 72 degrees when it was 51 then shot up to 160 degrees and back down to 70. Unplugged and reset the monitor with no change! I had replaced the batteries 90 days ago and never expected they would be dead, but I changed them anyway and after 10-15 minutes the unit started working fine.
  • Good device but hard to change WiFi.
