  • No More Comprehensive Health Information

I have had this app since 2018, and it had been wonderful to track my cycle as I approach peri-menopause. The latest update takes this from a useful tool with information on sexual health and wellness, contraception, and family planning to a pretty single-use app that blares: “YOU SHOULD BE GETTING PREGNANT NOW!” Nope. I am out of my child bearing years, and regret ever giving them a dime. This app is downright scary at this point for anyone in the USA with a uterus. Time for us all to go back to paper journals that can’t be subpoenaed.

I’ve used this app for years and since this huge “update” the app sucks. It never loads or run smoothly. I hardly use it anymore… I hope they figure it out, otherwise I’m on to use something new.
  • Too much nonsense

It used to be super simple to use this app for what I wanted it for, to track my period, but this app started getting more and more complicated with every update. I am not someone who is interested in all the bells and whistles it has to offer. I have never been interested in anything but the calendar. I don’t need to know what others are going through, what creepy sex things people do, and whatever else it has. If you’re looking for a simple app to just see if you’re going to be annoyed on your next trip or some other special date, get a different one. This one is too much. If you want an app that will tell you a million different useless things, then get this one. Devs, don’t bother replying to me. I have been annoyed for almost a decade using this app. I would switch over to another one, but this one already has all my periods since 2017. It would be too much trouble to switch over or I would have many years ago.
  • Go back!!

I have used this app for almost ten years and it was so cute and simple back then. The new update just makes it feel like temu or some other app like that, it’s too many pop-ups and ad’s. It’s very overstimulating! It just a cycle tracking app and it’s been overloaded with what seems to me to be kind of pointless. Just rethink this for us, im going to find another app in the meantime Some things are just better left alone.

I have been using this app since 2018 and it has been amazing! Tracking my period and symptoms was easy, and connecting with people was so helpful. I just deleted my account because I had a hysterectomy 2 weeks ago, but I highly recommend this app!

The original app was way better. Told you facts about the female body and sometimes the male body but it no longer does that after they sold. It also gave you daily horoscopes that were fun to read and would say which hormones were higher or lower during your cycle and how they affected your mood. I bought the add version in like 2018 so I could also access the other accessories in the app ( those are now gone) and now when I open the app I get freaking ADDS telling me to buy gummies or pregnancy tests. I don’t even wanna get pregnant. I got the app to track my periods. So in conclusion, it’s not a bad app it’s just not the app I invested in years ago.
  • Why no option to turn off the pregnancy content?

I enjoyed Eve when it actually allowed me to track my cycle. Now that purpose is so deeply hidden by five pop ups to subscribe to random fertility tracking options and all of the pregnancy content, that I cannot use the app without being bombarded. It’s hard to even find the location to track my cycle because the app locks me into basal temperature measuring purchases without an option to exit. It’s essentially useless if you’re using it for anything other than pregnancy and fertility tracking. If you just want to log symptoms and track your cycle, I highly suggest you pick a different app. I will be abandoning it after nearly 9 years of use due to this. Very unfortunate
  • Completely Disenchanted

To the greedy and predatory marketing team, I received a notification that as a reward for over 10 years of use, I had access to an exclusive offer of $2.99/month subscription to premium. (Or I guess you all have vacillated back to selling out to Glow.) To my surprise, I was charged ~$35 + a processing fee. Upon further research, I learned that I wasn’t the only one who has fallen victim to your misleading ads. This approach to advertising and notifications is intolerable. There’s no reason to be dishonest or steal. What was the point of congratulating me on consecutive years of use, if this is how you are going to treat your “valued customers”?! This has caused me great distress, as I anticipated a ~$3 charge and not ~$35. After contacting Apple who will take a max 48 hrs to process a verdict and then another 48 hrs to potentially wire a refund. Which cannot be expedited since it is an automated system. I will be incurring an overdraft fee from my bank. That I cannot afford, because these are horrid times, on top of the initial charge. This process has completely disenchanted me from the previously met expectations of this app. And quite frankly, ever since the name change and collaboration, I have noticed a shift in practices that I believe have no place in a period tracker app. If you would stoop this low, I am deeply suspicious of how my sensitive data and medical information is being handled. This needs to change.

I was trying to log in as a 12 year old and put in my real birthday but it said i had to be 16 to use it and now i cant get rid of the app. Thank you for taking up space.
  • Lost over 3 years of period data

The app said it was “upgrading” with another app and when it finished loading it gave me the option to pay for a subscription and when I chose not to it erased ALL of my period data that I have been religiously keeping track of because of my PCOS. Huge bummer. Also starting last year the pay walls completely ruined the app experience for me, I used to pay and cancelled because there wasnt much benefit for me since I was mostly tracking symptoms and the free version was good anyways and suddenly I couldnt scroll two pages without an annoying Temu style ad popping up asking me to upgrade. I guess its been a long time coming since I wanted to switch apps I just didnt want to start over because I had so many years logged. Now I have no choice. Goodbye forever, Eve.
