    Since the breakup with Dan Harris, this app has degenerated into a haphazard mess. Each day it sends you random suggestions for meditations based on nothing that I can identify. The courses appear to remain the same as they’ve been for the last two years but lack any kind of structure. There’s no vision or objective to using the app, just ham handed “metrics” and content that seems splashed against a wall.

    I find Joseph Goldstein and Sebane Sallasi are both great. I like the courses. I wish it were easier to give feedback. For some people doing that on Twitter or whatever might work. But I don’t use social media. Though, still really great. I have been using it since the start of pandemic. Great for my mental health. The new changes to app are not great for me. I can’t easily find and redo my courses.

    Really grateful my subscription doesn’t renew until June so I still had time to cancel. Absolutely hate the new app design. Spent 20 minutes trying to find the 10% Happier podcasts last night before I realized they’re gone. Ad free listening was part of what I always used the app for, along with occasional meditations. I’ll stick with the pod and other apps for mindfulness. This new update is also hideous and difficult to navigate. 👎

    Aaaaah yes meditation. This app helps with falling back into the present moment. It has a Solid List of practitioners. Simple And effective.

    Great meditations, but please add a way to add notes for each meditation. I’m having to use note taking apps and writing out the name of the meditation. Some I like some I don’t or want to use at specific times and the favorites list is too general and basic. Thanks!

    ...was great, but has devolved. Too many mediocre at best‘instructors’ with no way to unlike or block the really bad ones.

    I have made meditation a part of my daily routine. It has helped me deal with my anxiety and stress and helps me to be more aware of my surroundings and to be more present in the moment. This is the only app I pay for and it’s well worth the money. Dan Harris and his experts and expertise rock!
