Free for a short time then, when it’s dug into your system, it demands payment. Trying to delete now…

I’ve tried them all. Forecast bar wins. It has great functionality and an easy to use user experience. But you know I think the data that all these apps use is the same. So for me it comes down to a beautiful, mac-like aesthetic. It’s nice to look at. And it just works!

And the temperature is still 8 degrees cooler than the Weather app and my Apple Watch say it is. Actually 9 degrees

I use it several times a day; it tells me instantly all I want to know. Someone said that it uses a lot of CPU time - this is not true! On my Mac, its storage and CPU time is negligible.

OS X has had multiple screens through the last dozen or so versions, but clicking on the menu bar icon will only open Forecast Bar if one is on the screen from which it launched, typically the No. 1 screen.

Forecast Bar is unobtrusive, sitting in my dock, but it’s always ready. It gives me detailed conditions and forecasts whenever I ned it. It lets me store a set of locations so I can check the weather or forecast at my destinations in traveling. SIngle purpose app, that does its job well, and I’ve been a subscriber forever it seems.

I’ve been using it for years, great set of features and just perfect. One of the first apps I install when I get a new mac, it feels weird if I can’t see the temperature in the menu bar.

I work outdoors on a ranch and also teach a class outdoors on campus, so I’m glued to weather reports by the hour for multiple cities. I especially like the hourly wind graph and sun/clouds/rain icons. The bar graph for precipitation is helpful to and I’m amazed at how accurate it is almost to its 15-minute intervals.
