Slow as molasses when opening projects or photos. Very very annoyingly slow. When sharing project photos with clients, you have to copy phone numbers or email addresss

Have used Compnay Cam for a year. We pay $150.00 a month to store photos. Company Cam does one thing really well. Stores photos. The rest of the ‘features’ could be good if they were usable in a way that didn’t pigeonhole you into formatting your lists in a way that makes no sense. Help isn’t clear. You have to schedule an online appointment for a tutorial. I work in the field, not in an office so this isn’t useful. If you look up the YouTube videos, they are somehow less helpful. I can make sense of it. If you are looking for a project management solution, this isn’t it. First there is no calendar or timeline. WTF. The tasks and checklists section is horrid. Can’t import your templates, but good luck building anything usable. And forget doing anything in the field except take pics. ‘Oh but it has AI walkthroughs for field notes!’ I spend 15-20 minutes editing AI walkthroughs and reports. The ‘AI’ is more like dictation. Have had conversations with support. They don’t get it. It doesn’t appear these people have ever worked in construction. I can also tell you it’s the best one I’ve found, which is sad.

Unbelievably frustrating, this app has frozen every single time I have opened and attempted to use it. I can open the app and complete one action and then it will freeze or crash.

We had severe flooding in our area and needed photos for insurance claims. We believe something was wrong with the app but customer service was only available over text. We ended up not being able to use the app all the way, needing to download photos later taking hours and hours (thousands of photos from different jobs) the response rate was very slow and when they did answer they sent links that had nothing to do with our situation. We had another service prior we will be going back to.

TERRIBLE UPDATE We used to be able to customize what was seen when opening the app. Now they’ve made it to where you see what they choose for you to see. Why would you make it to where you now have to see company wide “Activity” above everything else and then in the new update take away the ability to customize our Home Screen? TERRIBLE UPDATE Thanks for forcing everyone to have the same Home Screen and taking away the ability to customize what we want and need to see when opening and using the app.

Can’t cancel through the application

I hate it when they change the layout and way of doing everything making me have to relearn how to use it. It’s a waste of time, app makers should stop periodically scrambling everything up and then calling it innovation.

New CompanyCam update is absolutely atrocious. I love the old version and was way more user-friendly from a management standpoint. I no longer have the access or set up like I previously did even after watching the new set up. Please change this back to the old version.

Great app but something that hinders me and my team is the fact the comment section under jobs will just randomly close and reopen, effectively deleting all the progress from the comment that was being typed, would be 5 stars if not for this debilitating bug. Pls fix it and I’ll fix my rating

Photos are a huge part of daily process, this absolutely take all the excuses away. No more searching for photos and we believe you can never have too many photos of a project. So yes two thumbs up!
