I want to cancel it’s too complicated for me. I cannot use it.
  • Terrible customer service

I signed up for a free trial and wanted to do the monthly subscription afterwards. Somehow, miraculously, it got switched to the annual subscription and charged me $100😳. After immediately messaging the company they told me there was nothing they could do. Ridiculous! I will not be doing business with them moving forward.
  • Misleading

Pro allows only 6-8 stops per route. Nowhere in the description/documentation this is mentioned. I discovered it only trying to create a route. Was hoping for at least 20-40 stops. Getting my schools kids is like herding cats. Removed.

Tried creating a CUSTOM route around traffic etc. wouldn’t even let me customize it Just gave the the route that Apple/google maps makes me take. Probably good for delivery’s i guess. But id like to CREATE a way around idiot drivers.

Be very careful with this CHINESE based app. A one-year subscription is $99 but what they will do is charge your credit card $69 every single month.

Be careful with the 7 days trial period…to subscribed you’re only one click away, but to cancel the auto renew you gotta go through hell…first you can’t do it through the app. You need a web browser You gotta click on account then click on subscription then click on auto renew subscription then click cancel and even after clicking cancel they gonna try to ask you why you canceling and then after that, they will still ask, are you sure you wanna cancel? They ask that question twice one with staying with them and the last option yes cancel my subscription is like they trying to force you to stay paying for a service behind a paywall with no way out
  • Suggested App Feature Enhancements

    1. Route Management Options • Instead of duplicating the same route multiple times (e.g., 34 repeats), add options to create/edit routes: • New Route • New Day • New Delivery • This way, users can highlight or refresh an existing route for repeat visits (e.g., 2–3 times per week) instead of adding duplicate routes. • Prevents clutter and makes tracking more efficient. 2. Route Preview Bubble • Before navigating, show a small preview bubble with notes or important details about that specific address. • This gives drivers quick context before committing to the route. 3. Address Display Above Stops • When stops are displayed with numbers, also show a secondary bubble with the address above each number. • Eliminates the need to tap each number to view details. • Makes rearranging stops faster and helps plan deliveries based on opening hours or drop-off windows. 4. Time Window Integration • Allow editing of each stop with opening and closing windows. • App should calculate optimized routes based on this data, ensuring drivers only arrive when locations are open. 5. Faster Address Input • Add a feature where users can take a picture of an address label on a package. • App extracts and verifies the address automatically for faster, more accurate input.

I’m giving it 5 stars so people see this. This app is super underhanded. They have a monthly membership cost but automatically sign you up for the year and just hope you are ok with it? Awful, the app is super low quality on top of that. Much better options out there that don’t try and assume you wanna drop a hundred bucks on a lame service
