It certainly doesn’t help me feel any better about not being able to get a date I was suggested by my friends to choose this one because the girls pick you (?) I have a like or two but have never been able to match with them in months I am really desperate and sad for a date, it has been years for me and it is difficult. I thought the dating app would help, and it just makes me feel like a complete loser.

Automatic ban system with no real review processs. No wonder this app is failing and stock is dropping

What is the point of only giving you 24 hours to respond. I have a life and don’t check the app every day. Hinge is 20x better in every way.

Bumble is set up much better than last time I used in 8 years ago. It gives prompts to help conversation and lets guys send a message if the girl wants that to be an option.
  • Sinking ship

I’ve had plenty of good experiences using bumble before the need to return to it, but I’ve never experienced such a lack of options or engagement until now. Now it seems that the premium subscription only comes with an empty feed and prompts to buy more boosts. The inability to recycle profiles will be a death sentence for this app, as nothing says jump ship like opening the app day after day and seeing that message to check back later.

  • Not a safe space for the Trans Community

In a time when the United States is loudly debating inclusion, identity, and the basic right of transgender and gender-nonconforming people to exist safely in public life, it’s astonishing that this app manages to feel like a step backward. Despite branding itself as a platform for genuine connection, it becomes immediately clear that it is not a safe space for anyone who is gender non-conforming or transfeminine. Even with full verification, honesty, and clear disclosure on my profile, I was repeatedly flagged as a “fake,” blocked, or otherwise dismissed—not because of anything misleading, but because too many users can’t be bothered to read a profile before reacting. Instead of making a thoughtful choice, they hit “report” like it’s a reflex. It’s a perfect snapshot of the cultural climate we’re living in: people would rather police someone out of existence than simply swipe left and move on with their day. What makes this even more disappointing is that this app could have been different. It’s one of the few places that seemed like it might offer meaningful conversation in a dating landscape dominated by superficiality. But in practice, it replicates the same power dynamics we see everywhere in America right now—where the comfort of the majority is catered to, and marginalized people are treated like glitches in the system that need to be filtered out. At the end of the day, it becomes painfully clear who still shapes the rules of engagement here. And until platforms take responsibility for protecting the users most vulnerable to harassment, misgendering, and bad-faith reporting, this app will remain yet another reminder that despite all our talk of progress, some people still control the narrative—and everyone else just gets pushed aside.
  • Losing my chats

As if matching wasn’t hard already I’ve had at least 4 back and fourth conversations/matches disappear. Must be part of the gimmick. Bumble and Tinder are dead for anything good worthwhile. Most people are just promoting their OF anyway
  • Difficult….

App was great and met some really nice people. Then… I accidentally tapped the wrong icon which deleted conversations and possibly reported the person. Support would not help. Consider app difficult to use and support as cold and uncaring. Do not use.
