    I’ll start off with the only pro and that’s the app exclusive deals. My issues start with opening the app, it’s always so slow and incredibly glitchy. I’ve recently gotten a new phone so it’s not a phone issue but an app one. Next, navigating the app is complex and every time I hit the order now button to go back to my order in process it makes me restart the ordering process by selecting the restaurant. Once I’ve saved up enough rewards, I can only redeem them one item at a time, so for a free meal I really need to put in 3 orders with 3 separate bags. Makes me hate getting McDonald’s.

    People are so gullible today. App is always telling me to activate location when it’s a FACT it already is. So they deny your use of the app. Then you lose whatever deal you click on. McDonald’s food is never worth full price. After today, I won’t be useless pathetic app ever again. But the sheep will come.

    3 times now I've put in the location for the McDonald's I'm at, place my order then it tells me I'm at the wrong location - it's changed back to the last McDonald's I was at. I have to cancel the order and wait for a refund, and any bonuses are then locked for 15 minutes. I have to go somewhere else.

    Just got home w/ order….didn’t include the chicken McNuggets I paid for….l’ve never seen grease having soaked the burger box , let alone the bag….and the chocolate shake was some lame coffee drink passed off as a shake….
