    I hate the changes to the app. The original app was the best. It was easy to order and find the order button. I guess with change there must be, I just don’t like it. Trying to find redeem tab and use the codes is a pain. How come some of these participating restaurants don’t completely participate in the price adjustments for promotions offered by the company. Bring back the .99cent coffee.

  • Getting a McError when attempting to log in

    I was logged out of the app recently (after years of using the app) and am unable to log back in. The app says my email is affiliated with a Facebook login, but when I use the Facebook option I get a McError in Spanish after entering my username and password. Looking forward to getting my free hash brown again soon💔

  • My Restaurant’s Times Need To Be Fixed

    For months now I’ve been in a small town and even though McDonalds could generate more revenue fixing this glitch it’s been ignored and at exactly 12am everyday it automatically changes to breakfast making the app unusable till opening.

    App is great except it constantly logs me out of my account. It doesn’t accept a password or text, so by the time it gets around to sending an authentication email I’ve already ordered in person. Kinda seems like a way to trick people into ordering in person and not using rewards. Not a conspiracy theorist but it’s not a great model for a rewards program.

    This app has been incredibly laggy even on an iPhone 15. The home page banner add freezes the app for like 10 seconds. The mcvalue menu doesn’t work on some items. Trash app. Only good for the deals when they work.

    Ever since I got the app the moment I load the app it loses all fps. I watch the adds glitch in. I tap the X a dozen times before I realize it’s just frozen. Try to click menu, takes forever, click the category I’m CRAVING, takes forever. I don’t know if it’s all the clickable things and moving parts but I have never quickly made an order.
