I signed up for Michigan football news notifications but you don’t send out enough in my opinion. I’d love more to be able to keep up with my favorite team if you can! Thanks!!

DetNews has great content but unfortunately it is very inconsistent with glitches and closes down while on the DetNews app unexpectedly. It has been so frustrating I have had to discontinue my subscription.

Have been using the app on my iPad since the beginning. Previous versions worked vey well and easy. Recent upgrade is not user friendly, does not move well between pages, sensitive to touch, clunky. Please go back to last version!!

This app is confusing and difficult to use. I couldn’t even find the schedule for the Tigers today. The app even interferes with my using Safari on my phone.
  • This new app is terrible

The new app is awful. It is very sluggish, which the old app never was. It's cluttered with things I don't need or want to see. The old app was nice because it was just the enewspaper. And apparently you can't manage your subscription online anymore because I can't find any links to my account in the app or on the website anymore. The settings gear only takes me to newsletter and email preferences so I will be forced to call their horrible customer service department in person.

Love the content. Hate the fact that when the app adds updated content it scrolls up to the first article leaving the user to scroll back through what has just been read to get back to where they were reading.
  • Best local news app

I read several Michigan and national news outlets and consistently find The Detroit News to provide the best, most complete coverage. The app occasionally doesn’t perform as quickly as I’d like, but the coverage is outstanding.
