    This app malfunctions all of the time. It frequently crashes when opening the app. You read a top story, then the app freezes and stays frozen on relaunch - no response when tapping the eNewspaper or any other button. Paralyzed. On the occasion the eNewspaper does open, articles are unreadable because there are no spaces between the words, especially in the sports section.

    So many errors and you can’t even leave feedback from a feedback page that is just white Ads that auto start and cannot be paused even though there is a button for that. Shame on freep. They are unable to correctly mark subscriber only articles. They mark some but most you find out when you click on them. It’s simple so are they after click bait to claim they are read or is it like their research for stories that they just don’t care They have solved the comma splice by just rewriting the rules. Out with the comma, in with the dash Just one sided psa and fear mongering. Plain bias Not doing the community any favors I like the big white screen where an article should be. This part seems to be consistent Big white screen where leaving feedback should exist but well they don’t want people’s feedback Lot of typographical errors but with feedback showing just a write page…….. Strange that what should be to national news is not mentioned. Maybe soon they will fix their feedback but i doubt it It is a challenge to read when as you are scrolling ads will load and the page will jump and now you have to scroll in the opposite direction

  • Can’t report missed paper

    Very frustrating. The app allows access to news stories, BUT try to report a missed paper is impossible! Likewise the telephone number for Free Press sends you to a Medicare Advantage rep and you NEVER get back to report a missed paper. Almost makes me want to cancel!!!

    This app doesn’t recognize that I’m a subscriber and keeps asking me to subscribe to show articles. There is an option to restore subscription but it rarely works. It never worked on mi iPad either. All my devices are logged in under the same user. Waste of money.

  • Enough of the. %%%{%%^%^% pop up ads

    I pay for the service and am quite frustrated with the dozen or more pop up ads I get every gd time I try to read it. Enough Stop already
