I have been a loyal subscriber to the Freep for over 40 years. It was comforting to hold the paper and I liked the layout. I still subscribe to the 3 day a week newspaper and on the other days the enewspaper is my alternative.

Why is it so difficult to find the Comics page when I access the e-paper? Comics have some of the best insights to human behavior, far more than news sometimes. I may cancel the subscription if it is discontinued! Free expression by the writers of “comics” is as important as written journalism! Correct this!

I think the Free Press App is a great newspaper solution. It’s flexible, and it’s nice that it has the print paper representation on screen. It’s a nice way to archive an article that’s important to you.
  • The Detroit Free Press APP is easy to use.

As for the news paper itself, I have always enjoyed the informative articles. They keep me up to date on happenings at the local, national and international levels. I have been maintaining a subscription for many years.
  • Kind of boring

Most of your Opinion article headlines have a very negative comment about President Trump. It’s time to give it up…

I enjoy the history on page 2 and the coverage of sports, especially MSU basketball.
  • Do not give these people your email address or credit card info

I wake up every morning with the outstanding sports coverage, to get the juices flowing before I tackle the other news of the day. Indispensable.

I cannot access the eNewspaper on my iPad (Safari browser) with this app, and that is how I read the paper. All I get is a blank screen. Very frustrating and disappointing!
