    I just paid a good sum of money to subscribe to your app. Now that I’ve done that, all information is slow to load, almost by about a day. This is totally unacceptable. Please fix this or you’re definitely going to lose subscribers, including me.

    I’ve subscribed to The Daily Beast since it launched. I can’t read it any more. The website crashes so I try the app. The app can’t seem to refresh with new material. I go back and forth but I’m rapidly coming to the conclusion that paying for content I can’t access is not worth it.

    I’m a subscriber and your app worked better before I subscribed. Now I have to restart my device any time I want to see updated articles. I’ve been using and enjoying the app for years, but unless this is fixed soon I sure won’t be renewing my subscription.

    Just upgraded to new version that was supposed to fix the issue of Cheat Sheet not refreshing. It’s still not refreshing.

    The app is buggy. It will just close or freeze or jiggle. It also has fewer stories than the Daily Beast website. Now the app keeps demanding to be updated even though I have the latest version. This is getting super annoying. FIX YOUR BUGS!!!! Content wise they really shifted right recently. Before the snark was pretty equal opportunity on both sides. Whomever acted like an idiot, got called on it. Not anymore. Also, they seem to have a reporter that detests Meghan Markle. I get that hating on her generates clicks but it’s just over the top and weirdly inserted into stories that have nothing to do with her. Can we tone down the misogyny a tad? Seriously considering not renewing my subscription.

    Too much trouble to use. Both the app and the web version want me to login over and over again never working. It keeps showing me that stupid picture puzzle.

    What the heck is wrong with this app? I’m a paying subscriber and it logs me out after every article. Fix this garbage app, people like myself are paying you money to use it. To summarize, great publication, absolutely garbage app that inexplicably hasn’t been fixed after months and months of being broken. Edit: it’s still broken. I am a paying subscriber and feel completely ripped off. I’m considering asking for a refund or disputing my subscription charge at this point. The app is pathetic and does not work at all. Edit 2: the app remains broken and the mobile website is very glitchy, there’s basically no effective way to read DailyBeast articles on an iPhone right now. Edit 3: just updated to iOS 18, the app remains broken, updating the iOS did not fix the issues. edit: the app was updated but the problems remain, it’s incredible they did not mange to fix this app, they really need to hire better web/app developers. I’m canceling my subscription.
