    Just downloaded the app today and am appalled at how buggy it is. I can’t finish setting up my profile because the app crashes whenever I fill in any information. I’ll type in a bio and the app freezes without saving anything, so I’m stuck in a loop of having to close the app and start over. I allowed camera roll access but the app won’t populate any of my photos, so I can’t upload anything. I don’t know how people are even getting to the swiping stage when setup is this miserable. This app quite literally does not work.

    The app has ridiculous amount of fakes. The profiles are not vetted and we match only to have no response or weird response. The numbers that are shared by the matches also at times are fakes. I once had a match with a girl and when I called her she had an African accent. How in the world will an Indian who says grew up in India can have an African accent?? Then there were fakes whose pictures were those of influencers with another name. Finally, matches initially a few and then none. I raised it many times with their support team and their response delete and re-install the app. Their metrics do not work either in terms of number of matches, percentile etc. They also took away the filter for people with kids. So now women keep hiding that and talk only to know much later that they have one or two kids etc. Waste of time and money. Stay away and avoid the app as a plague.

    Want to find your soulmate 3000 miles away? No? Yea, me neither. This app wastes your time, tries every trick to get you to spend, and constantly crashes. And when you reload, the same individuals you previously swiped on are still there, leading you to doubt if the app is even working and if your profile is even getting proper recognition. Save your mental sanity, use another dating app or just go outside and socialize!

  • Match immediately moved to archive

    Matched with someone while swiping and messaged them, but the app immediately moved them to archives and asked for payment to “restore the chat.” No more than 2 minutes passed. Now I can’t talk to them unless I purchase a restore even though we just matched.

    I matched with my now fiancée on Dil Mil 6 years ago. Prior to that, I hadn’t really given dating apps much of a thought. However, it would have been near impossible to meet each other had I not given Dil Mil a chance. I’ll be forever grateful to this app for bringing us together.
