    it’s just making you pay and do more work, instead of it being “free” it’s telling you to do more work, and just making everything more complicated, but it’s never actually “free” you have to pay and do more and more work for it to be “free”.

    This app is not bad it’s just that sometimes when you buy things your order get mixed up and with the delivery they come made late and with this will cause a lot of people problem and the customer service are not responding to this situation so yea this is my response.

    So frustrating that I, who prefer not wasting time to write reviews, am writing one. Customer service is basically non-existent for orders that need more assistance. Next point is they have made nearly impossible, and the app is designed to fail users when it comes to order tracking and viewing the sizes that you have ordered. my order had so many items in there, it is such a hassle when you provide different order ids for each order instead of sub categorizating items as the sub order. When I click on order details, no size is shown. And I could go on and on.

    They used a counterfeit label on my package and now won’t refund me. It was free shipping and then i would’ve had to pay $8 just to get my package from usps but i refused my package because im not paying for shipping when i was told it was free.
