    I cancel $300 items from shein Since last month, my bank cancelled my credit card, because they thought the transaction was a fraud. I ask them to put the refund on my wallet account, they say no. That mean I would lose my $300

    Ordered a package for Christmas items. Package came with nothing in it. They will not do a thing about it. No refund, no trying to send it again. Said it wasn’t their problem. Very disappointed in this company.

    I use to love this app and buying things from them so much but lately not so much. They will freeze your account and prevent you from ordering, if they think your account has unusual activities. There should be a way for the consumer to prove it’s really you. I have been able to order in the last month. Customer service is no help and I get the same false response, one even told me to go shop somewhere else.

    Me gusta mucho la app ay de demasiadas cosas muy bonitas pero lo que no me gusta es cuando quieres jugar un juego de shein cuando falta poco se pone lento como que ahora nesetita mas comida y cuando jugamos para no perder el corazón no se llena mucho y ay que esperar hasta mañana

    My experience has not been good. Fabric, sizing and overall quality was very low. Not a fan. Gave them a second chance and will not do it again . The smell of the clothing wasn’t good either. Disappointed!!!!

    It’s a good app, and it’s the only app that has good, reasonable prices on certain things like clothes,electronics,phone cases, and shoes, but 1 one star out of five because 1 star gone for the glitches that it has when you’ve been on it for too long, like some items start replacing other items when you been adding a lot of things to your cart or wishlist, another star gone because I ordered a phone case & a crochet, string bracelet and the bracelet was bad quality & came undone & started falling apart, as for the phone case, it came the wrong color & and their phone cases get scratched very easily & I ordered a couple, I was very disappointed with them, a third star gone because the coupons are a scam, a trick for misinterpretation, a fourth star gone because the things you put in your wishlist aren’t organized by category which would be very nice so it’s easy to find something, overall a beautiful app & I love it very much, it is my favorite, but I hope my review matters & it changes one day!
