  • Ridiculous price changing

    I love the items but they are doing this ridiculous thing where the prices keep changing when you select items in the cart and then also at checkout. You can never trust the price you see in the item ad… I stopped buying at SHEIN because of that. I buy on Temu because they don’t do this, it is ridiculous. Wish they would just go back to the normal way of pricing their products so I could start buying there again.

    Once upon a time, SHEIN was a great and efficient place for women to shop and find in style clothing at affordable prices. But since the beginning of 2025, they’ve started practicing “dynamic pricing,” and it has completely changed the shopping experience. Instead of feeling like a budget-friendly brand, it’s become a burden and honestly a huge turn-off from purchasing. Companies need to understand that regular people are the ones who keep the economy moving and their businesses thriving. Yes, tariffs and other economic factors exist,but with proper research and transparency, it’s clear that this approach feels unethical and blatantly unfair to consumers. SHEIN may or may not ever see this review, but I hope they choose to stand with their customers instead of leaning into greed. Go back to straightforward, consistent pricing, and watch your profits rise naturally

    I order from 3 platforms. SHEIN, AliExpress and Temu. Lately SHEIN ships lightning fast. Like Wow! Im so pleased about that! I usually place orders from the 3 platforms at once. SHEIN ALWAYS gets here like super fast! A few days only. While im still waiting for the other two to just process, gather, etc., etc., etc., Then I get my orders the soonest in two and a half weeks sometimes longer. Only thing tho with SHEIN (and AliExpress)and to me it’s a big deal, SHEIN does not accept returns unless you pay for the return shipping cost all the way to China. Not cool. But if you need something fast SHEIN is a good platform to order from.

    I place an order of 5 items. My order gets automatically placed on hold till I submit a verification of payment. This is so weird because I’ve never experienced anything like this before with any online purchase at all! According to them, a screenshot of the transaction my bank account is sufficient. I sent a screenshot of my paypal transaction as well as well my card because I paid through paypal because I don’t trust these Chinese websites with my credit card info.Then I get a reply back which say the screenshots weren’t sufficient. I chatted with them for three days, kept resubmitting the screenshots with the transaction being already posted. I got tired and had to cancel my order. Now I have to wait for like a week to get a refund. This is terrible terrible. I asked them to either approve my purchase or refund the money. They refused. This is so weird. Seems like they’re running a scam. That’s what it felt like in this situation
