    In the minutes I realized I had accidentally ordered 3 of the same black jacket. I went to customer service and told them what I had done and ask if I could change my order! Imagine my surprise when they said it was too late, my package was packaged already and could not change it!! In 3 minutes I guess it could have been four minutes!! I’m sad!!!!!

    SHEIN always having you pick free gifts and inviting users and no matter how many users I invite new and returning they never give the gifts. Just keep it at .01 cent while using the referrals for other mini games . This is annoying and false advertising

    You can invite every single person on your friends list and it will still tell you to invite 1 more person to win. It’s just a scam to get you to invite more people for them and you still get nothing.

    All their games are fake, they didn’t give me my free stuff after promising. (not nice shein). After i sent it to 20 people for “1 more spin”. My jj flag, never got it. All i wanted was free stuff not a scam😔.

  • Puppy Keep + Daily check ins for points? Big NO. NEVER AGAIN.

    I dedicated 4 months of my life daily to the puppy keep game and daily check ins after an over $300 order. At first the Puppy Keep game went quickly.. that’s where they get you.. but once you get up to 80%+ hearts, it takes FOREVER to gain any hearts.. but I was well into it and determined. Took 4 months in total, but I finally got the $30 credit and had built up over $11 in daily check in/review points. I finally decided to use them before they expired, and that was even MORE of a pain. If I tried to get less items to only use the points and credits, it wouldn’t allow me to use all my points. $3 or so. Then it’d charge me for shipping. I had to remove and add things to my cart for 2 days before I managed to figure out adding enough to get free shipping and use all my credits and points. The kicker? I STILL had to pay OUT OF POCKET on top of everything! Ended up spending about the same as I would have on any other site, including Amazon, for items on what’s supposed to be the most affordable app. 🙃 Neverrrrr again playing or contributing to this app! Such a pain!

  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ NO HELP WITH STOLEN PACKAGES

    My package was stolen because my delivery driver placed my package OUTSIDE OF MY BUILDING. Instead of at my apartment door. I’ve contacted SHEIN multiple times and they say they can’t do anything because it says my package was delivered 🤷🏻‍♀️ I sent the picture the delivery driver took showing it wasn’t placed at my door, I showed ring camera footage to show nobody came to my door at the time of the delivery. Still haven’t got my money back or my clothes. On over a $100 order.
