    Don’t get me wrong they have a great selection, but almost every time the clothing is either too small or too big. Also almost every time the clothing is not the material/look of the picture advertised.

    I did not receive merchandise and opened up an investigation with UPS. The tracking number that was assigned to me by SHEIN according to UPS went to another name, address and was not even from SHEIN. I even received correspondence from SHEIN that I would be reimbursed. After checking on refund status per chat, they proceeded again to tell my package was delivered. I provided email and screenshots from UPS where package went. They said that was not sufficient proof. I’m done. Getting it back from my credit card company. I will NEVER do business with them again and I did a LOT. Be careful. They have a bunch of major incompetent people that work for them and give you the runaround.

    If I could give this a negative rating I would. I never received the gift I ordered my daughter for Christmas and they won’t refund or anything. It was late, then in the app it said it was close to delivering in my city for 2 days. Company is a huge scam. Do not use this

    Lying people to get free gifts by share friends. Although I follow their instructions, I had to keep doing and doing but there wasn’t a page that I could claim the rewards. There was no way to claim the rewards. They had no intention to give customers the rewards they promised. This is clearly disgraceful and unacceptable behavior of business practices. This business conduct is dishonest.

    In the past, I’ve ordered some shirts that were really nice shirts. And a few other items. But then I noticed that things I got were getting to be kind of lower quality. I played the puppy game to get free items. The first time I played it I got a free item and it was nice. I believe the only reason I got it was because I made an order right before the that particular game. The next time I played it. I wanted to get the same item because I wanted two. So I played it for a month and a half and did not make an order right before the end. So when I finally reached the end, it gave me the choice of taking $17 credit or my item. It wouldn’t let me take the item I tried repeatedly. So I took the $17 credit after many tries. And then, , when I went to order something it would only let me use a few dollars of the $17. Scam, rip, bait and switch. If you like the quality of the things you’re getting it’s a great They do have some good stuff on there, but you gotta be selective and read the reviews. They made me so mad that I just deleted the app. I’m gonna use Temu from now on. UPDATE: I decided to look at Sheen again and saw some things I wanted so I did an order. And they allowed me to use all the money that I had in my wallet. So I’m not mad anymore. I guess I’ll go ahead and use their app. They do have some better prices and different products than Temu. I changed my reading from 2 to 4 stars
