  • Free trial is FAKE — They WILL charge you for it

The app does not work and won’t identify unknown callers despite setting up correctly. They promise a week free trial, and it will show up as that in your subscriptions page initially with a payment pending that you are unable to stop, but if you cancel immediately or wait till it’s over they will charge you the full amount regardless — there is no actual free trial. Very shady

This product no longer works as advertised , and the tech support is useless and completely unhelpful. Years ago a guy named lucky worked there : it worked : i’ve had it for months could not get through the Tech support , there policy says : in seven days contact for a refund : BS do not use do not buy:

For the amount of money they charge per year, all of the premium features should be included, and they are not. You still get spam calls that come through, half the spam calls or unknown numbers when you press lookup there’s no information that populates on it. So really what are you paying for. The app is quite useless.

This app used to be good years ago, but there’s a glitch that causes you to get the same call again if you ignore a call. It’s extremely annoying, and it’s only supposed to do that for restricted calls. I contacted customer support for a solution, and the instructions they gave me didn’t match the settings. They said they’d look into it, but I never heard back. They and Apple wouldn’t even give a partial refund to my $99 fee. I’m so upset. I just stopped using them. DO NOT SIGN UP

I downloaded it to check the random numbers that keep calling me. When I signed up, they initiated a practice call. First it shows as NO CALLER ID, I declined and it shows the number and name and I declined it again (following the directions they gave me) but after declining it, they proceeded to call my number another 15 times until I blocked the number.

literally blocks EVERYTHING. If it’s not saved in your contacts it’s blocked. And continues to block even after u delete app and unsubscribe. Missed a lot of important calls bc of it

It works perfectly. I had an idea of who was calling, but now I have proof. I’m getting a police report tomorrow for the harassing calls.
  • Does nothing

I paid and did everything as instructed and I’m still receiving no caller id calls, I got this app to unmask and confront who’s been harassing me, but the app doesn’t even recognize a single call I’ve received, I set the app to on in my settings and still nothing, waste of money and time.
