    Two app icons we’re on my phone so, deleted, what I thought would be one of them, both were deleted and now I can’t get the app downloaded. I’m not sure if this is an app issue or a user issue. Either way, it’s inconvenient and somewhat frustrating regarding issues downloading it again.

    This is the worst online bank I have ever dealt with. I have been with this company since 2019. I got a check from one of the delays that I sent with. I have used this online banking to deposit her checks before and I did it today and they denied it twice. I am very unsatisfied and I will look for another online bank account, I will let my family members know to look for another online bank account. This is. Not a good online checking a bank account for anyone anymore. I have never had a problem but today I’m very very unsatisfied with it so I am going to send a bear view to this bank. Every chance I get.

    Lots of fraudulent transactions. I’ve replaced my card like 3 times already & somehow transactions in other states/places keep happening. Transactions I did not make nor allowed. I’ve contacted support as well & all they say is “we’ll replace your card”. Member since 2023 til now ✌️
