I’m trying to apply for a job but I have to pay a subscription in order to look for and apply for those jobs like I’m looking for a job for a reason.

You can’t even apply for anything unless you pay for an “upgrade” what’s the point of the basic plan? To see that there MAY be opportunities, just pay and find out… What?!?

No jon responses. Fake feeling. But they get your money and make it extremely difficult to cancel. I was looking to cancel on day six. I’m still being charged.

You need to pay a subscription yes a subscription to find a job if it doesn’t make sense to you it’s because it doesn’t no where else do you need to pay to even see what jobs are available and most of them are scams and outdated but like seriously if I’m looking for a job aka a source of income why are you charging me money to get more money we get taxed enough I’m not paying a “looking for a job” tax be fr

I cannot log into the app using the username and password I have set. I have tried it on multiple browsers and it works but it does not work on the app. Please fix this massive bug.
  • Consumer Beware, did not meet customer guarantee and refused full refund

Consider beware. I initially signed up for a free trial that would trigger a subscription, if the subscription was not cancelled in 14 days. Despite using the sites offered features they did not offer job opportunity within the specifications I require. I cancelled my subscription on day 14. I contacted FlexJobs two days later because I was still charged for a full subscription. I explained the situation to the representative, that I had cancelled my subscription on day 14 and way reaching out for a refund. I was then informed they would only offer a partial refund, less than half of charged amount, because of their 14 day policy and I was contacting them one day after being charged. Despite the fact I cancelled my subscription within their policy and they were unable to provide the advertised service for me. As far as I am concerned, this is predatory business practices.
  • Should not have to pay

This app is great, in theory. It’s clean, easy to use, and very user-friendly. However, this is a job board. A job board is typically where unemployed persons go to look for work. Typically, said unemployed people cannot afford to be PAYING to apply for work (because they don’t have a job, or money in the first place, I’m sure this is obvious). Very disappointing and frankly unethical in this struggling job market to charge users to find jobs. I understand apps need revenue but charging desperate people just to see jobs they might not ever get hired for is just wrong. Indeed is a reputable site where the business pays to post and receive applications so struggling people don’t have to pay money they most likely don’t have just to work.
  • Frustrating

If I’m looking for a job, obviously money is already tight. This app is useless unless you pay money for the upgrade. Without the upgrade, you cannot apply to the job or even see what company is posting the position/job you’re interested in.

They want money, no job info at all listed. Lame.
