    EVERYTIME I need to do something either it needs an update or just won’t load. This is the worst app I have ever experienced. I just want to get my projects completed without the program not functioning. Circuit fix this!!! I

    I’m enjoying the Cricut, but the app needs a lot of work. First, the print quality is poor. It compresses images and they print blurry. Small text is unreadable even on a 1200 dpi printer. The printable area for Print then cut is very small. So you waste a lot of printable space driving up costs. You can’t export to PDF in the app, so you’re stuck with the poor quality prints. And it frequently loses connection to the printer causing unfinished prints, also wasting space and money.

    Inferior product! After almost 2 years of having the account, everything got lost and erased, all the work saved was gone. No one can help and do anything about it. All they can say is start over with a new account. It’s frustrating enough that the actual machine craps out at least once every time we’ve ever used it, but to actually have everything in your account gone is next level incompetence

    Having to pay for an app that you have to redownload every few days just to use is ridiculous. One day it works I can get thru a project or two next day it’s not picking up the machine no matter what device I use. It’s overly complicated with more issue than resources.

    Every time i use design space im reminded why i use my cricut leas and less. Updates are made left and right that make the process of making something 1000x more infuriating and complicated than the last time. Stop making changes that are not needed!!!

  • Bugs on bugs on bugs

    Every project I’ve attempted to work on lately has had some sort of bug that renders my objective impossible. I know how to use the software but even the duplication tool isn’t working correctly. It’ll duplicate the elements but they’re nowhere near their original placement, they’re all jumbled. My sliced and contoured backgrounds just disappear or appear corrupted (segments missing) from files I’ve already successfully printed before and saved. Why do I pay for this software for it to not work properly? I’ve attempted closing the app and reopening, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. I’ve tried it on every device I own as well as restarted each device and the software is just basically useless now. Not even Reddit can save me with help and advice. I’ve sent bug report after bug report to no avail. Don’t pay for this service if you want something that works.
