    I am a teen trying to get my account sponsored by my mom. I sent a sponsorship request to her phone after she created an account. I did not see the sponsorship so I canceled it and sent a new one. She got the request that I canceled but not the one a resent. When she tried to send me an invite it says that she cannot because I already have a pending sponsorship. The pending sponsorship that I have is requesting to connect to HER Cash App, but it will not work. On top of that, it will not let me cancel the request for some reason, and will only give me a screen that says I have a pending sponsorship, and will only let me select, “Done”

    Someone hacked into my Cash App account and stole over $700 from me. Cash App is falsely claiming that I authorized these transactions, which is absolutely not true. I did not give permission, access, or consent to anyone. The fact that this is being blamed on me is infuriating and completely unacceptable. What’s even worse is how incompetent this handling has been. Cash App either failed to properly secure my account or is incapable of doing their job when it comes to investigating fraud. Their security and dispute process clearly failed, and instead of taking responsibility, they are attempting to shift the blame onto the victim. I have never experienced such poor customer service or such a lack of accountability. Losing over $700 due to fraud is serious, and dismissing it as “authorized” without a proper investigation is beyond irresponsible. This situation needs to be corrected immediately.

    As of right now my account has been forcibly unverified for roughly 3-4 weeks. The support literally said “don’t keep emailing/calling because it messes with the prioritization of your ticket” so I listened. 3 days later I get an email “sorry you haven’t talked to us so we’re gonna assume your problem is fixed”. As of right now the issue isn’t fixed and I don’t think it will ever get fixed.

    Ive had my acc since 2022, it’s 2026… They just randomly closed my account stating it went against their guidelines. Yet they can’t tell me what it was that went against it. From that point on any account I create with them will be closed. Mind you, I only used this account for sending money to my little sister, paying subscriptions, and door dashing food to myself. The chat option is terrible, their customer service number gives you people who barely speak English. So there’s a lot of miscommunication going on. -10/10 for poor service to loyal account holders

    I’m 74 years old, hardly use it, and I was banned. Do not use. They will refuse to tell you anything, just ban you.
