    Would give a ZERO if I could. Trying to screencast on my home WiFi, and all I get is a black screen (can hear the game going on but can’t see anything). Seriously, what is the point of purchasing this if I can’t even watch in my home on my TV. Terrible. What a total ripoff!

    This app and the Apple TV app are absolute trash. There isn’t another flaming dumpster fire installed on my phone that is as bad as this app. Streams constantly restart, fall out of sync. I never have any of these issues with any other streaming apps. Not to mention how garbage the broadcast itself is. Fingers crossed this company folds and someone comes along and actually tried to make a quality product.

    You now have to watch extra ads before every stream you choose even though you already pay for the channel through a cable provider. Absolute greed at its finest. Update: iPad app won’t even let you go full screen month later. Absolute masterclass in creating one of the worst apps I’ve ever used Another update years later: still can’t login often for no reason and just get repeatedly prompted to. App is still garbage

    Often the video controls will not appear when tapping on the screen. I have to change orientation or toggle to another app and then back to get video controls. Also, the video will minimize smaller view often, not sure what is causing this. These things never happened before.

    Effectively, you can’t stream anything while traveling. There is a one-time thirty day (consecutive) window that allows a user to stream while outside of their home location. So, if you take trips more than thirty days apart and stream on your first trip, you can’t stream on your second trip or any trip thereafter. Simply horrible.

  • Buttons never work

    No matter what apple device I use the buttons never work for a Clipper game. Have the developers ever tried it themselves? After a few minutes of use the buttons stop working and then it will freeze. Just awful

    It’s crazy that it’s almost 2026 and a streaming app works this poorly. I pay $19 to watch my LA Kings, and it’s almost impossible with this app. I want to punch a hole in my screen every time I try. You can’t pause and come back to the same spot without it being a complete disaster . The audio will be 30 seconds ahead or behind. Horrible experience all season so far. Joke

    For the developers (hopefully you are listening) I run this on AppleTV. It’s great that you are able to start your event from the beginning if starting late. But if you are not able to catch up to “live” by the time the event ends, your event skips immediately to the end and not only do you miss the end of the game but also the final score is spoiled. I am tired of this disappointment; over and over. There are other issues that are annoying but this one is absolutely ridiculous. Why do I keep doing this for $25 a month? It is the most expensive streaming service I have, by far, and the worst experience. Hopefully someone reads this and fixes the problem but judging by other reviews I am not hopeful.
