Always spontaneously shutting down, terrible in simulcasting.
  • Not worth it

It’s just the old Bally app with low quality streaming (720p), but worse. Now, it stops streaming roughly every 30 minutes and I have to force quit the app to get it to stream to my TV again. The fact I’m paying for a poor experience really stings.

Terrible app, regular issues streaming on smart tv. App is ok on tablet/phone, but just ok. I reached out to customer support and they were useless, did not and could not resolve my issues and never followed up. I do not recommend paying monthly for their services. 0 stars

App is sad. No effort put in by fan duel. Games get stuck in loop replaying same play over and over all the time. Expensive when only one sport going on. Would not recommend.
  • The streaming app is truly horrible

No apps on my TV lag like this one, it’s so bad. Have to bit back and refresh on live games constantly

The app is OK, but streams stops unexpectedly on average once very 20 minute. That’s a real pain when watching a baseball game. Also, every time it restarts, I need to turn off Closed Captions again.
  • Disappointing

Was looking forward to being able to stream Reds games direct from the app, but the constant buffering tells me FanDuel wasn’t prepared to offer this service. Very disappointing and frustrating.
  • Crashes, lacks basic features

The Apple TV version is hot garbage that barely functions. It crashes at least once per game. It can’t remember where you were so you have to FF thru it to get back. It has a very limited guide that doesn’t show more than a few hours of programming. It’s like they had a design meeting where the goal was to deliver the absolute minimum in features and stability so as to keep the users just on the edge of deleting it for the example of poorly coded trash that it is.
