    Fun game too many ads!! And some ads never end so all that happens is you waste time and still don’t achieve the prize.

    I’ve been playing this game for over 10 years. It’s full of ads-I can deal with that. But lately they’ve got this one water sort bottle ad that plays for over five minutes. I have to shut down the game and start over, which subjects me to more of that ad. Hey developers, what’s up with that, and why the long ad? I lose out on the free 30-min play time I’ve earned.

    I’ve watched an ad 3 times and was supposed to get an award after watching it. When I click on ‘award granted’ it does nothing. Please get this fixed

    I love this game but for the 3rd time in 3 months, the last 2 days it won’t fully open. Just loads continually. This must be a glitch with the new update that I see happened 2 days ago.

    It’s been taking over 20 attempts to try to advance on one game. You don’t give enough rewards. Should be able to advance in a timely manner. It’s not fun playing your game anymore I’m going to attempt to build rewards and not play it for a week or just might just delete it

    I got this game thinking my young girls can play it. Only made it level 41 then it was impossible to complete the level without buy advantages. I tried 12 times to complete it. Very disappointing. I will be deleting it.

    Ok, it’s been over 4 weeks since they had the update that caused the fires to stop working (14.8.0). Since that update, every level with fires, the fires don’t show as lit after you match next to them like they used to, and are supposed to. That’s a major glitch! I started contacting support on August 29. Their only response is that hopefully it will be fixed in the next update! They also don’t have a set date planned for an update yet! So, maybe it will be fixed, maybe some day. What?? This glitch makes the game unplayable on levels with fires and unenjoyable in general. Animal Jam is such a greedy company. Is @Disney aware of this? #Disney

    The recent quantity and length of ads is getting me seriously down! The stopping of levels every few days with challenges that are ridiculously difficult, as in sometimes impossible, is getting to be way too much. I’m a long time fan, but I can easily go elsewhere if I get totally fed up.
