    Logged in today (11/23/25) to buy a basketball rules book for digital use because shipping on a paper copy is more than the book itself and there is literally NOTHING in the digital store. This is ridiculous!!!!!

    The app will not let me see any publications to purchase. The Support Center was zero help since they never got back after the initial “we are looking into your concern”

    After downloading the app and before I could download any content the app stopped showing content to download. Seeing as the previous version of this app and the purchased content was a bit buggy (and didn’t transfer to this app). I suppose I wouldn’t expect this one to work any better.

    I just downloaded the app and no content is pulling up! Is this a common experience?? Their website said you can get rule books digitally but this app looks like there’s nothing on there!

    No store access, no library, developer can say materials are available but they aren’t. App gives no usability to users. What a failure of an organization to not provide resources to its members

    Totally unusable combined with the horrible business model where our purchases expire. STOP locking away our rule books so we can do our jobs. Yet another failure by our rules body to equip umpires to do our jobs. The tradition continues. Another bad NFHS app. Even when I could access my book the font size is locked and the search results were poorly displayed.
