  • Loss of Recordings, Unsynced Devices, and Unresponsive Customer Support

    I subscribed to Notee: AI Note Taker and was initially impressed by the summaries it generated after meetings. However, because I have an Apple iPhone and a tablet, I logged into my account on this platform, expecting—like with all other apps—that it wouldn’t be a problem as a single user. I had no issues accessing the Notee app or using it to record. Since I was using different devices, I expected that during an update, they would show recordings from both devices. The next day, I checked each device and realized the recordings had not synchronized across both devices, and all recordings were missing from the tablet, the second device I used. I tried to send an in-app message from the tablet, but even though I had a subscription and was logged in, the feature was grayed out. I decided to email support from my iPhone, explaining the problem. It's been a week since my initial message. I followed up with another message, but I still haven't received any response. Unfortunately, this results in a loss of irreplaceable high-level content, with consequences that cannot be recovered. My advice is to have a backup method for AI note-taking. The technology is still new and cannot be relied on fully. Also, luckily, my trial was only a weekly subscription.

    I don’t usually write reviews, but the AI no taker works great for people with disabilities. I have Celebral Palsy and it is hard for me to take notes by hand or write notes down at a fast pace. With this app, I am able to get all of the information I need to keep track of the meetings and other tasks that I have to do daily. Thank you for making this app. I really do appreciate it!

    This app is absolutely AWESOME! Using it to learn precious metal recovery from old electronics. Copy and paste a YouTube video into it, use microphone for live meetings, Instead of trying to remember it all on my own. It compiles the notes into key points. You can view the whole transcript, and even take flash card test and quizzes to study the notes. Love it!!!!

    Note and summary is good. I wish it was able to have access to camera too so user can take pictures of items being discussed or able to take screenshots of items during notes transcription.

    I was robbed after buying the yearly subscription, this app does not work. This is Theft of services. I wish I could charge them for the hour of my time I wasted. 12/10 do not buy.

    I REALLY want to rate this app higher. It's a great Note Taking app. It truly is. My problem is that it glitches a lot and you lose what you were trying to record. This month alone in the last couple of days, I have lost three meetings. One of them half recorded and dropped the rest of the meeting. If they can fix these issues, I will rate it much higher. The note taking ability is phenomenal. But the glitches are too frequent. Update: My problem has been resolved. With the auto save feature I’m not losing m my notes anymore. I’ve tried several other note taking apps and this one is in my top five. Thank you for hearing me and updating the app.

  • Not a compilation on Apple Watch

    Wanted to add as a compilation to a watch face on my Apple Watch. No joy there. I am a Santa and wanted to use Notee to capture my Santa stories as I tell them to the children. These could be such a huge help for the Santa’s who have great stories and can never seem to get a video or recording of them.
