  • A timesaver and life changer

    I use this app for everything - conversations with myself, to do lists, fleshing out ideas, meetings (with permission), anything important where I want to ensure I don’t miss a single line item. Sure, you can just take notes, but what if an app took that bandwidth-consuming task off your plate reliably and did a more comprehensive job than you could? Other than having the option of removing the branding from every exported PDF, five stars, no notes.

    I used my watch to record 2 meetings that lasted about an hour and did not produce anything. Will this update fix that?

    Recorded a 20-minute meeting. The app duplicated the file. Neither file and will not analyze past the 21-second mark. I get the following message, “you reached the limit for simultaneous analyses”. Customer service is nonexistent; I have emailed 4 times and received only one reply, which told me to tap the settings for my account number. Really cannot endorse this app, as it's still buggy and customer service is unhelpful. But when it did work, it was amazing.

    I am very disappointed with the recent performance of this app. It worked well during my tests a few days ago, so I decided to rely on it for an important meeting. During the meeting, the app displayed that it was recording, and afterward, it completed the analysis process. The audio file appeared normal in size, but upon playback, there was no sound at all. Because this malfunction occurred during a critical session where I lost valuable content, I am giving this app one star and cannot recommend it to others in its current state.

    I’ve used this twice let me say this the transcript and Summary is priceless. When you use this in recording mode it will eliminate the unnecessary words.

  • Verdict isn’t clear with Apple Watch

    I wear my Apple Watch at high level meetings where phones are not allowed but I take notes but am a bit slower with age and need an edge. When I saw this app had a Watch app connection I decided to do a trial. I did a test twice with my phone turned off and recorded a couple minute recording. It showed on my watch as there so I made an assumption that when I turned my phone back on that it would sync to it! IT DID NOT! Even after restarting the phone and watch a few times it still showed on my watch but never went to my phone. Both devices are on the same network. When tested with my phone on it worked fine and worked fine. If this is your application I’d say look elsewhere right now.

  • Apple Watch integration NOT ready for production use.

    I subscribed to Notee primarily because they are the only note taking app that I could find that had Apple Watch recordings. I now have recordings stuck on my watch that I cannot process because they will not transfer to my phone to be summarized. I contacted customer support and they acknowledged that there are issues with that working 100% of the time, especially for notes longer than an hour. I was advised to use my phone for recordings. I have apps like Cue that do that well, but I purchased Notee for watch integration. My recordings that are stuck are not longer than 12 minutes. I spent $80 on this app and it does not work. Apple denied my refund request twice and Notee customer service says that since Apple will not provide a refund, there is nothing they can do. Not the customer service I would expect. DO NOT buy this app if you desire Apple Watch integration.
