I canceled the free trial ahead of time. Now I keep getting billed for $39. Luckily my credit union lets me know about the fraud. Stay away.

Very un-buddhist of them to sign you up for not 1 but 2 initial trial periods, a standard and an un-announced premium version. When you cancel your trial period SURPRISE…another 29.99 next month cuz you didn’t realize you had to do it twice. And 6.00 per “premium” 10 minute story…screw this app! Find your inspiration elsewhere.

This app has a very fake ai ooze to it. Vapid. Also, another app that is not showing up on subscriptions on phone so it’s harder to kill subscription. It really is another good reason to not look to the phone for answers. Go to an in person group in your community and be and work with fellow humans.

The only thing bad about his app is the speed of the story. You can’t adjust it. The stories are great but too fast so defeats the purpose of calm.
  • Falling asleep, but can’t make a playlist?

I don’t understand how you’re supposed to “fall asleep” to these stories whenever they’re 7 minutes long, and you can’t have them playing on a loop? What, you listen, and then you get all relaxed, and you have to go back in your phone and pick a new story? The app makes zero sense I regret downloading it. It doesn’t make any sense to me. You should be able to have the stories play throughout the night without the interruption of going back and forth clicking a new story. I’d rather listen to spiritual stories on YouTube with ads, at least then I don’t have to get all relaxed only to go back into my bright phone to actively choose the next story. I’m upset I fell for it, and I already paid for it. It also just seems like if you can design an app meant for relaxation and sleep, maybe this would be a really important factor?? I’m genuinely so confused by the logic behind this I’m sorry. The stories are lovely but if they played on a loop, or you could build a queue, this app would actually make sense.

I tried the app on a one month $6.99 free trial, cancelled the next day- they charged me 29.99 two days later, recurring and 6.99 recurring- had to have bank card block them- total scam

Purchased 1 month for $6.99 and cancelled renewal. 2 days later I was charged $29.99. I’ve complained and requested a refund. Had to report as fraud and get a new card. Definitely not Buddhist good practice for stress release! Argh. Beware!

I bought this app and it was such a good idea but whoever is reading the stories talks too fast sounds like he's been drinking red bull. Therefore it's not relaxing… His accent is also a bit challenging for me. Lastly there is no place to cancel and I signed up for a year so I feel like I torched $40...
  • Very poor app

Nonsense stories. The speakers voice can be barely understood. Total waste of money.
