    Booked a flight using miles and JetBack still got me credit back when the cash price dropped. Didn't even know that was a thing airlines did. The refund came as miles but that's perfect since I fly constantly anyway.

    You know how Honey finds coupon codes automatically? JetBack is like that but for flights you already bought. Friend told me about it at brunch and I thought she was confused about how flights work. Nope, it really gets you money back after you've paid. Got my first credit in 3 days.

    Installed app and when I press the create account button it locks up. Tried several times. Apparently they can’t make a simple app.

    Why subscription? This app should have a commission model. I am not paying $100 upfront with no clue if this will work. I am ready to pay 20% of all the money you save.. even higher (based on your claims that should cover your costs comfortably). Nice try!

    Ok so I kept seeing JetBack mentioned everywhere and thought it was probably just fake. Finally downloaded it when I was booking a bunch of holiday flights and figured I might as well try to save some money. The app started tracking all my flights automatically and within two weeks I had gotten credits back on flights to Phoenix AND Boston that I'd booked earlier. I had no idea prices changed so much after you book. The craziest part is one of the flights was one that I booked from like 2 months ago and I still got credits. It's crazy because pretty much everyone who flys is missing out on refunds. Already saved more than I'll spend on subscriptions for the next two years!
