    This app looked really promising. I was excited to find an app dedicated to true crime stories. Downloaded the app, went through the set up process, then clicked on a story to watch.… Nothing happened. I tried several different stories to watch or listen to. Closed out the app and tried again…nothing. None of the stories would start to play. Not sure if there’s still a glitch or there’s something I’m missing, but not a single story would start to play. Guess I’ll be deleting this app now. 😒

    Be careful. I signed up for the trial and was supposed to recieve a notification it was ending but didn’t receive one and was charged 99.99 plus tax for a year membership. I’ve emailed asking for a refund but cannot get a response. Haven’t even listened to the first story but stuck with it for a year.

    I got the trial and cancelled it but was charged 100 dollars for the year when it clearly said it was 8.99 a month after trial. I’ve been emailing you guys and don’t reply either. I want my money back.

    This app is trash! I keep having to restart stories…episodes don’t play AT ALL! Episodes overlap each other😒 yea thanks but no thanks.

  • Unable to save stories / cannot use same account on iPad

    This isn’t a very good app or business model. As I played one story, the episodes started over playing each other. Had to exit and restart, issue is persistent. Unable to sign in with same account on iPad as it is making me sign up with a new account. This should be one account on all platforms. Probably the most idiotic, I saved about 10 stories. Not one saved in my account! It shows my queue to be empty. Used this for less than an hour, and I’ve just cancelled my subscription.

    The videos I saw recommending this app claimed you could watch episodes, but that’s not really the case. There are quite a few episodes but only about 10 are actually watchable — the rest are audio only. Even after paying for a subscription, you can only use it on the same device you subscribed with. When I tried to access my paid subscription on my iPad instead of my phone, it asked me to pay again! I reached out to customer support and never received a response. The episodes you can watch are good, but there just isn’t enough video content to make it worth it. Overall, very disappointed.
