Altitude+ is available in Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Southwest South Dakota (Rapid City-DMA), and Wyoming. Please note that due to NBA and NHL restrictions, some areas may not receive Nuggets or Avalanche game broadcasts. You can cancel at any time.   • Horrible Stability and AirPlay/Casting

    App is currently broken. Drops AirPlay for no reason every 3-4 minutes. If you unlock your phone and the app is on top the casting drops. Every time you restart the close caption is on taking up half the screen. You go in to the off closed captioning and it’s already off. The casting drops. It’s just so bad.

  • Rewind has been broken for like 6 weeks

    So… do you guys test your app? Rewind has been broken for a month plus. When you rewind, it to takes you to the beginning of the game. Wild. It started fine but it keeps getting worse

  • Constant crash

    App constantly crashes on the fire stick. No matter clearing the data, cache, uninstall/reinstall app. Nothing works. You get like 10 secs of a game and then crash. Why pay for something you can’t even watch consistently?

    But could be a lot better. I primarily use on AppleTV and it’s impossible to rewind without being sent all the way back to the start of the stream. Sometimes when trying to select a stream on the homepage you can’t even scroll past the first option. There’s also a faint ghost image of the popup menu visible at all times (the title/playback bar and options) on all streams except the 24/7 feed. Idk if they coded the pop up menu to just lower opacity when not in use or what, but it doesn’t go completely invisible and is very distracting. Also still no multistream on the AppleTV version of the app.

    Love the ability to watch the Avalanche. I would love it more if I could watch them when I am out of town. 😢

    Kroenke’s got 20 billion but don’t care about the fans. They had a dispute with Comcast for years to save a few million and created this app only for it to be trash always has issues and some games don’t work at all. Nuggets and Avs rule. Ownership is trash.

    This app never loads and is constantly impossible to screen cast. Wish you would make a better app for your fans. So bad I can’t even watch games on it sometimes.

    I was happy when this app was announced. Not only is it way overpriced but it glitches constantly, routinely have to close and open the app as it freezes and it often doesn’t even play the games at the correct time. Watch the Nuggets another way if possible

  • Glitchy on iPadOS and Apple TV

    Full screen on an M4 iPad Pro will not work. Please fix this, it’s so annoying. Also, on the Apple TV, the app will only load Avs games when I select the 24/7 feed. The app will not let me move the selection to the Avs to load a game when it’s playing. It will skip over icons and move to another selection. So many bugs, I really wish they’d work these out.
