I wanted to love this app but unfortunately it is unreliable and more often than not, stops working. Please fix!

I used to love this app and came to rely on it. It is now unwatchable. Every video I try to watch starts with about a 2 minute commercial. Then I get to see about 2 minutes of the story I was trying to watch before another 2 minute (the same one mind you) commercial comes on. I understand that i24 has to pay their bills but it’s ridiculous. The app itself is also very clunky and amateurish. Not user friendly whatsoever and I enjoyed deleting this app. It’s a shame too because I truly did like watching all of the on air anchors and experts. Don’t bother downloading this app.

I24 is my go to for Israeli breaking news content. However iPhone app fails to load after 3-5 days use, requiring reacquiring the app and resetting profile info. It’s an easy fix from the developer. Low tech app in a high tech country.

Every day I have to reinstall I24 news because I get a blank screen with I24 on it. What’s up with that? Now, I24 news is televised on USA daytime in Hebrew??? Don’t you want anyone to know what you’re talking about???

Disappointed that no more English language broadcasts. Not being Israeli, Jewish and being in U.S., it was nice listening to news from Israel while it lasted. I understand why though, just disappointed.

I have noticed a new feature on your app when filling out info for your profile. You must choose “Mr” or “Mrs” to complete the profile. I have enjoyed your app and news outlet for a while now. This is very recent. Thank you for reading.

I am following i24 for the longest time. Today cannot open the app. I deleted and re installed several times. Can you do something?

All I see is just the logo in middle of the screen and nothing else. Will adjust the review once fixed. Used to work great.
