    I think this app is pretty good. I only wish they had a section that you can access info like which voice you picked. One video shows the voice when I go to edit. But one doesn’t. Other than that great experience

    I signed up for the $29/month Creator plan specifically because it advertised as providing “Unlimited Avatar Videos”. This promise is completely false and severely misleading. The core, high-quality feature the company advertises is not unlimited at all. The paid creator plan gives you only 10 minutes of Avatar IV credits per month. I ran out of credits after creating just a few short videos, effectively crippling the service and making it unusable for serious business content creation, I was not even able to finish a complete video. When I emailed Support, they confirmed this restriction and stated that the high-quality feature is intentionally metered and pointed me to an obscure FAQ page after I had already purchased the plan. This is a classic bait and switch tactic: the advertise unlimited to get you to sign up, but restrict the one feature you actually want. If you rely on the latest, most realistic avatars for your work, I personally would not trust the “unlimited” claim. You’ll be forced to either use their previous models or pay extensive add-on fees after just a few minutes of video.

    You have to purchase credit after you make a certain amount of avatars so it’s not worth $30 a month so I had the impression that I paid $30 that I will get full access but no I made three AI avatars and after that I was prompt to purchase credit so I could continue to make AI avatar. I think it should be an unlimited for that price you guys should fix that and maybe I’ll come back.
