  • Far Worse Than NBC Sports Chicago

    This app needs serious improvement. It crashes often, buffers endlessly, and forces you to re-verify your TV provider every single time you open it. The experience doesn’t feel native to iOS and comes across as a low-quality product. NBC Sports Chicago’s app was far more reliable for streaming Bulls games. At this point, I’m better off just watching highlights in the NBA app.

    So I’m out of town and trying to watch the Bulls…not sure why because they’re awful…can’t watch because I’m outside the viewing area. Then what am I paying for??? Ridiculous.

    If you want to watch the game on any sort of delay or replay, the app announces the live/final score everywhere on the app before you can start the game

    I think the app is a good start, but pausing and starting up again can sometimes be iffy. The video sometimes just gets stuck, especially once I try to forward through the intermission. I often will fast forward because if I don’t, once the game is over and the postgame is over as well, the feed just gets cut off and I don’t get to see the rest of the game.

    This app is a joke. Whenever I want to watch a game, I have to spend 5 minutes re-establishing my TV provider connection. Then I have to click at least 3 times for the stream to load. And even if I get there, if I’m traveling I can’t even watch it for not being near Chicago. The people developing this app should’ve put an ounce of thought into people having to actually USE the app.

    When making a account, and it says to verify. There will be no email sent. I’ve checked my email to check it was spelt correctly (which it was) and when I try again, it would never send me an email. I’ve checked all emails spots, and nothing came from them, and it only worked when I would change my email in the account settings. Even if I use the same one, I’ll get an email and it was always the verification email. But I will never get a pop-up in the app for the verification code so this app is a piece of junk when you’re trying to verify your email. Also, if your trying to delete your account it would ask for a verification code and it would never send. So I wouldn’t use this app personal and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use it as well.
