    Every SINGLE time I use this app I have to logout, which already bugs out and requires me to restart the app, then I have to log back in getting an email verification code every time which is obnoxious, then I have to log in with my tv provider, then it May or may not work. It’s 2025 it should not be this unbelievable hard to create a simple streaming app.

    This app is awful. Must buy Roku/Fire stick to use it. Not compatible with YouTubeTV nor smart TVs. Connection buffers/delayed. Some commercials will legitimately BLAST 100x louder than what your volume is set. Fact this has 4 stars is laughable. I hate this app. I hate Jerry Reinsdorf. STINKS OUT LOUD

    This app is the worst! We can never find the live game and lately, when we finally get the game up it will freeze up and kick us off the app. Trying to watch game on 5/21 and 7 innings in, app has shut down at least once every 1/2 inning. The feed freezes and kicks us off the amp. Please revamp this app or refund our $$$

    For a service that has been out for 8 months it is awful. The app constantly buffers and requires exiting and restarting multiple times a game. The buffering and glitching is so bad it will put your feed a half inning behind. When reaching out to support they blame it on internet connection, which is strange that every other service including those who carry live sports stream without issue. An extremely poor product for something that is so overpriced (not to mention the teams they carry hardly make the cost justifiable). It would be wise to evaluate the issues and make the necessary changes to make this product usable before you start losing customers. Would give 0 stars if I could.

    I’ve watched other games of the Chicago White Sox and haven’t had issues. I watch the Cubs VS White Sox crosstown classic and every 2 minutes my screen goes black and I have to restart the app and miss everything that just happened. Horrible service. I will be unsubscribing soon.

  • Fine app, needs lots of work

    App is fine, until you try to watch anything. The connection issues are horrid, and streaming freezes constantly. I’m very rarely watching the live broadcast because of the connections issues, and it’s a very frustrating viewing experience. Certainly not worth $20/month at this stage. Maybe this is the beta version.

    I pay for Uverse cable but as baseball is a long game I’m never just sitting around watching, I’ll do my errands and watch on the go on my phone. I can’t watch constantly with making me re login every single time and half the time there’s an error. Pathetic app for streaming if you don’t pay $19.99 on top of what I already pay for to have to watch albeit my favorite mlb team yet still a bad product on the app is insane!

    It is nice to see the Sox, however the money you pay for it is too high. The app doesn’t travel and I can’t get the app to download on my TV. When you have an issue, you can’t call. You have to email and it can take a couple of days for them to get back to you. Then, it is a lot of back and forth, which takes days. Chuck & Ozzie and John & Steve help. I am not impressed with the rest of the programming. I would love to have the old programming back.
