Hey if anyone sees this, know they automatically renew WEEKLY, so you’re paying unless you go in and cancel. Also, they have not responded to me and have now charged me 3 times even though it never worked on my phone despite a lot of effort on my part to get it going. I get messages to use the in app messaging but it’s been a full day and no one has responded.

You pay before installation of SIM, then you will get this is kit supported by your device, you contact support, they will reply after few days. So your business trip finished, and you will still paying, as you cannot delete your Visa card.

I’m a flight attendant and usually fly to Europe. I’ve been to 2 cities so far and eSIM is working great. However, it would be nice if it was more financially friendly since 3GB for $20 goes pretty fast .
  • So far, so good.

Couldn’t get the service to work after paying, contacted their 24/7 customer support 6 hours ago and no response still. Misleading / garbage app, try one of the others with more reviews.

I needed a SIM card. Fo my second phone phone. Verizon charges 12 dollars a day. For a sixty day stay that’s rediculous. As this writing all is going well.

Was excited to get the eSIM for travel since newer iPhone no longer has physical SIM card. Unfortunately, this rarely worked! Pointless
