  • Rushed development and steep paywall make app unappealing

The app seems to have been developed in a rush, evident in its numerous spelling mistakes like “chik” and “chikbone” instead of “cheek” and “cheekbone” and it’s simple screens. Moreover, it lacks genuine AI integration; there’s no transparency about what it analyzes on the user’s skin - it simply outputs products based on the user’s skin concern, which fails to use any advanced AI technology. Lastly, the app is unusable with the paywall. It requires users to shell $10 a week just to access basic product recommendations, which significantly makes the app unappealing.

if you actually want to see what products work and don’t work for you, you have to pay $10 a month.
