    I’ve been playing this game for a little over a year, but over the past few months it has become nearly unplayable due to constant bugs. The game frequently glitches and freezes to the point where I can’t tap the screen, and when this happens I lose all the tickets, boosters, and coins I used. I normally don’t mind when a game crashes—glitches happen, and I understand that. What’s frustrating is that this app never responds properly or provides fair compensation. Not only do they fail to return what’s lost, but they also don’t give enough tickets to even play another full game afterward. If this were a one-time issue and the app fairly compensated players so they could continue playing, I wouldn’t even consider writing this review. Instead, this has happened repeatedly. From what I have documented, I’ve lost well over 7,800 tickets, 500+ coins, and 25+ boosters—and realistically, the total loss is probably closer to 14,000 tickets at this point. Beyond losing those resources, the crashes also cause me to miss out on side games and bonus rewards that are time-limited, meaning I lose entire opportunities to play and earn rewards—not just tickets. I’ve read other reviews and seen the app’s responses stating that “compensation is usually sent automatically after a crash. If nothing appears, please reach out through the in-game help center so the team can look into your lost tickets and restore them.” I have done exactly that. I contact support immediately after each crash and provide proof every time. Despite following their instructions completely, I’ve received no compensation and no real response for months. When I do hear back, it’s never a message saying they’ve actually looked into the issue—it’s an automatic response sent immediately after I submit my complaint, asking me to rate their quality of service. I consistently rate it 1 star, because not a single ticket, booster, or coin has ever been returned, and I’ve never once received a response from an actual person. Customer support’s actions do not match what they publicly claim will happen if users follow their process. Losing this many in-game resources—and opportunities to play—without accountability or resolution is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience overall. Do not download if you don’t want to risk being scammed.

    Absolutely love this game besides the fact that you can’t earn enough tickets to even play the game for any amount of time unless you purchase them so basically it’s a money racket. You have to bet all kind of tickets to be able to play the features of the game, but don’t get those tickets in return if you bingo And you definitely don’t bingo more than you do

    I thoroughly enjoy this game and have played for years. However it does NOT pay you in real cash. It is a free bingo game with coins and tickets for winnings. Not real cash. There is an ad suggesting otherwise. I would advise makers remove that at once.

    Let me just start by saying that I love this game at the very beginning, I still do in a way, but it’s gotten to where it’s ridiculous! You can’t win, no matter what you do, no matter what you bet, no matter how many cards you play, you might win one bingo and get $200 bingo bucks, after you’ve bet $2800 bingo bucks! There are times that I’m sitting here and the bingo balls are called and I’m not diving anything for 10 calls. I have to agree with some of the other reviews. The algorithm is crazy and it’s not for the player to win. It’s for the developer and the gang bots to win. It’s the coming to where it’s more stressful to play than it is to destress and that’s why I played this game was the destress. I love bingo and God knows we don’t need any more stress in our lives. I have spent real money in this game, but I will not spend another dime once I run out of bingo bucks that’s it. I’ll be done and I will delete! I really did love this game still do! It’s also hard to move forward in building your little villages and extra little things in the game. I don’t understand why maybe every two or three games or maybe every two or three bingo you don’t get a star so you can build and continue to build up on your little penguin village on the cruise ship. I do like the mini games but I don’t like the ones that I don’t understand. I don’t understand the snow merge. There’s no real instruction there and I don’t get what you have to do to win. I’m just very frustrated this evening with this game. You have to play every day or you get kicked off your team, if you don’t play every so often. Then you lose all your progress with your team. I just think there needs to be some fixes and updates on this game to make it not so much easier to win, but to be able to win. Thank you…
