    Great workouts for at home or at the gym, requires minimal equipment. Knocking off 1 star because I wish the history retained switching back between PPD and TTC. I am a C-section mama and like to go back to PPD for scar work, and then TTC for workouts but my workout history doesn't keep track when switching.

    I had a past back injury and postpartum really threw me off. Between the weak stretched out core, the constantly shifting hormones, going back to work and working 12hr long shifts as a nurse and the chronic holding patterns my baby loved to sleep in, breastfeeding, rocking to sleep the excessive sitting, my back/SI joint flared up to the point where I could hardly walk. As soon as the initial injury calmed down I started this journey and WOW. It has helped me SO much! I thought I was doing the right pelvic floor workouts but this takes it to a whole other level! So thankful this came into my life! Thanks for giving me back some quality back in my life ladies!

    I was a personal trainer for 10 years. I knew how to work around the gym. Then I became a mom, Covid happened, and my gym sessions just were not realistic. I’ve been using this app since February and I truly am so grateful I found it. This is perfect for busy moms. The workouts are within realistic time frames, easy to follow, and always challenging.     This is my second time through the Ab Rehab program (3rd postpartum) and I cannot recommend it enough! The most upgraded videos are even better than when I did the program two years ago! I am 4 weeks postpartum and already have minimal ab separation and my core is feeling strong. I teach strength group fitness classes and these strength classes are a perfect reintroduction

    It’s helping. But it’s not what was advertised. I was sold “10-15 minutes a day at home”. Realistically, it’s 20-40 minutes a day and you need oodles of equipment. Not really at home friendly unless you already do yoga or Pilates at home. It’s also not nearly as personalized as it could be. $120 a year for lackluster classes that I can’t really do at home without an investment in equipment is way too high for me.

    I haven’t been able to feel my stomach muscles after three c sections. With these workouts I can feel them working. No other workout program has been able to do that for me for my d.r.
