  • MAJOR issues with on demand content

    I’ve been a loyal Tennis Channel subscriber for years and have dealt with the increasingly difficult ways to stream and watch matches. But over the past several months, it’s nearly impossible to watch ANY on-demand match. After 5 minutes, the content starts to buffer, and finally it freezes altogether. And that is a consistent issue with all of my devices (iPad, iPhone, Android phone, Samsung TV, Amazon Fire Stick), and I’ve even tried using different WiFi signals. The same issue every single time. I’ve gotten to the point where I just use the app to watch live streams of matches that aren’t being broadcast on the cable channel. It’s a disappointing waste of time to not be able to view available on-demand content from such a rich resource that this app is supposed to offer. PLEASE fix this.

  • Won’t stay signed into my cable provider

    Every single time I open the app it fails to remember that I previously signed in with my cable provider and prompts me to do it again. Additionally there is about a 50% chance it will that my provider doesn’t grant access to the tennis channel when I sign in so I have to try signing in sometimes 4 or 5 times until it works. Very frustrating.

    I have the app loaded on two of my television sets. It will only play on one of them. On the other one I’ve tried to. Remove and install it again. But it does not work.

    If you love tennis as much as I do, and you live in a country where the only option to watch tennis—outside of the Grand Slams—is Tennis Channel’s TC PLUS, you’re screwed. This abomination of a streaming service’s only job is to stream live Tennis, yet after years of offering this service they haven’t figure out how to stream a freaking match without some kind of bug or technical issue. From laggy video to audio sync issues; from no Airplay to a black screen, I can’t wait to cancel TCPLUS the instant I subscribe. Why can’t I come home from long day of work and simply enjoy my tennis? instead I gotta deal with this nonsense. SINCLAIR should be improving the customer experience instead of censoring late night shows it doesn’t like.

    Pretty much the title. Tons of great tournaments and super convenient to have most if not all ATP events in one place - but PLEASE please please add a save for later function cause it’s so annoying looking up every game over and over especially when you aren’t watching it all at one. And it would be nice if the playback actually remembered where you paused the video.

    Why do you place upcoming matches at the top? Choosing it is meaningless. Replay must be the first. Tourney day-by-day navigation needs so many up/down to navigate. While watching, skips are so slow. 10 second skip and wait for almost 10 seconds to play. And sometimes just hangs. Can we have a preference for just name of players in the tourney? So many scrolls to go through for a big event. This is designed so bad.
