    The quality is so bad I canceled my subscription after one day. I asked most of my friends that also had subscriptions and the consensus is their streaming quality is so terrible it’s just not worth it. How hard is it to ensure audio and video are in sync? Disappointing that the standards for quality are so low. And if you read reviews - have been low for a long time. Don’t give them your money.

    Why do they say ‘Live’ for all matches when it’s obviously not. I can go into YouTube and watch the Highlights for the entire match.

    I have Tennis Channel through my Sling subscription. But when I go to the Tennis Channel app, it does not even list Sling as a TV provider! So my app does not function. What to do??

  • MAJOR issues with on demand content

    I’ve been a loyal Tennis Channel subscriber for years and have dealt with the increasingly difficult ways to stream and watch matches. But over the past several months, it’s nearly impossible to watch ANY on-demand match. After 5 minutes, the content starts to buffer, and finally it freezes altogether. And that is a consistent issue with all of my devices (iPad, iPhone, Android phone, Samsung TV, Amazon Fire Stick), and I’ve even tried using different WiFi signals. The same issue every single time. I’ve gotten to the point where I just use the app to watch live streams of matches that aren’t being broadcast on the cable channel. It’s a disappointing waste of time to not be able to view available on-demand content from such a rich resource that this app is supposed to offer. PLEASE fix this.

  • Won’t stay signed into my cable provider

    Every single time I open the app it fails to remember that I previously signed in with my cable provider and prompts me to do it again. Additionally there is about a 50% chance it will that my provider doesn’t grant access to the tennis channel when I sign in so I have to try signing in sometimes 4 or 5 times until it works. Very frustrating.

    I have the app loaded on two of my television sets. It will only play on one of them. On the other one I’ve tried to. Remove and install it again. But it does not work.
